We ordered from here faithfully for years and never had an issue. Then we found a hair in one of our pizzas and asked for a refund. Obviously that made me not want to eat from there at all period but my fiancee isn’t the one who got a bite of hair so he’s still ordered from there a couple times just not as often bc i won’t eat it. We had a free pizza and I picked it up after work the woman at the window had hair hanging everywhere so I hope she wasn’t making pizza. Got home and it was burnt to a crisp. We are done with this place.

Well the order was 25 mins late, and the pizza was cold. So I filed a claim. Stupid of me should have checked the rest of my order. Go to have dessert and the brownies are burnt and hard as a rock. Thanks a lot DOMINOS FOR RUINING DINNER. CAN’T FILE A CLAIM FOR THE BROWNIES CAUSE WE DID FOR THE PIZZA. Domino’s you’re failing, and it’s dead. Y’all use to be my favorite, I’m going to PIZZA PLUS from now on.

Ordered one of my free pizzas for delivery and the driver named Joseph was so incredibly disrespectful. I am a mom and did not have the money to tip this one time although I tip well every other time. He ignored the contactless delivery the store has set and my instructions to leave it at the door and when I did not tip he gave me a very nasty and disrespectful face. Honestly I’m glad I didn’t tip. Shame.

Ordered extra sauce and extra feta was charged for it. My pizza was very dry . No extra feta. Plus the pizza wasn’t cut in the usual squares which I love. I stopped ordering from Domino’s before but decided to give it another go. Looks like I will not be ordering again. Very displeased with my pizza.

I’m the assistant manager at the local Rogersville Rent-A-Center and we just had a customer appreciation event at my store. This store was so kind to donate us 12 pizzas to feed my customers! I want to thank this store for everything they did to make my customers happy and how fast and friendly this locations staff is! The manager Susan took care of us and made sure my order was on time and even donated plastic cups to give out with our Halloween treat bags! BIG THANK YOU TO SUSAN AND HER STAFF!!!!!!! Keep up the good work on making this THE BEST PIZZA PLACE IN TOWN!!!

Pizza was really good, we ordered 100$ worth of food and drinks, used the drive thru window to recieve our order but had to remake my pizza because it had cheese, I understand in the moment of rushing to finish orders you can miss certain things. Even though they made a mistake we were polite and they were really friendly about replacing the pizza.

Only giving one star because I have to. They are always forgetting an item I ordered or not getting my order right. Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas, and one came as thin crust. Not normally a big deal but I called and was offered for them to remake it and send it to me. Okay, great! That was 3 hours ago and I still have not received my pizza. The store closes in 2 hours. I am highly upset and will not be ordering from them any longer.
