Had placed an order and because all I had was a 50$ they took it back said they can’t carry only 20 $ that’s something they neglect to inform people when they call. I’ve never in my life had any place take my food back when I’m standing there with money in hand. Then another problem we call at night 3 or 3 hours before closing and get no answer and we call repeatedly for up to 15 minutes each time. They are causing the company to lose money. But I guess what bothers me more than anything is them taking back my food and me standing there with 50$ in my hand.

I called 3 times tonight to no answer. When I arrived to pick up my order after having to place it online the store didn’t seem busy at all and there was more than one employee on the floor so it didn’t seem to be a staffing issue either. My pizza was soggy and extremely greasy. Hungry Howies will be my way to go from now on.

They don’t care about making your pie as asked or cooking as ordered either. Ask for Ceasars salad, get a garden salad. I’m going elsewhere from now on. There’s no care in the product they put out.

So this is literally the last time that I order anything from this restaurant. If it was the first time, I would be fair and I would have no problem with it. But, the customer service everything about this restaurant is just getting plain out ridiculous. If it’s not the food being cold or the wrong order it’s the delivery taking 2 hours. You need to understand I chose your business and could have easily chosen any other business in town. I don’t know what the problem is whether it be a staffing shortage or what but y’all need to fix it.

Was great had ordered on line for pickup. Two large pizza’s, cinnamon twists,garlic bread, 1 two liter of Dr Pepper. We drove up to the Drive through window the Employee was great he apologized for the delay on our order and give us two free Chocolate Lava cakes for our wait. The place was clean and well kelpt. The Employees were very friendly and nice. I would suggest this place.
