Today, I ordered 2 Large pizzas and 1 medium pan pizza. You can see how small the “large” pizzas are in the boxes. They also skimped out on the toppings and it’s all in the middle with GIANT crust that also has no garlic butter on the edges. The food boxes also had no labels anywhere on the boxes which is against dominos’ policy. The Domino’s Pizza here in LaFollette used to be really good about 2 months ago. Now, this is what you get when you order large pizzas. I don’t know if they changed management recently, but this is unacceptable.This happened to me on my last order a few weeks ago as well, but I decided to give it another chance and it happened again today. I worked at Dominos for 2.5 years and I know exactly how it’s supposed to be made and the quantity of pepperonis required, cups of cheese, size of the crust…. This really isn’t it.

When you call to place an order you get a call service that is who knows where. Order was wrong and pizza’s were cold. Tried to go in to pick up order and they made me go through the drive thru. Customer in a truck must have made his order and waited at the window while my food was getting cold. Drive thru was getting long and the truck stayed there. So we waited, waited, and waited. Then cold food! Next time please tell inconsiderate customer to drive around. Still on the fence about coming back,

Ordered a medium pizza and 8 Buffalo wings for carryout. I live up the valley, and when got home home and opened my wings and they barely had any sauce. A few of the wings didn’t have any at all. Not very happy with this order, and not worth driving back down town for a complaint

This dominos is an absolute joke. The worker who answered the phone had a terrible attitude. They took forever to deliver my food and when they did finally arrive the food was wrong. The driver said he would fix it an hour later I call they tell me I need to pay again because I got exactly what I ordered and hung up on me.

Rarely write a review but was so mad that it was needed. Usually when I get pizza I have it delivered but I needed to go to the store so thought I would pick it up. Ordered to small pizzas and chicken bites totalling 40+$? Driving to get my order the phone ran but I don’t answer driving, so when I get stopped I listened to the message. Dominos informing me that the were out of steak and onion and also feta and spinach which was what was needed for the pizza. So they said they were going to cancel my order. It took them 13 minutes to realize that they did not have any of these ingredients and call me. I was almost there but I turned around and found something else to feed my family and calm down. Wish now that I had went on but people don’t care anymore about service. It’s just a job but they don’t realize we work to pay for that food that gives them a job.

This location isn’t good at all, the pizza was mostly crust! Watched me walk to the door, stood there for a few before anyone pointed lightly at the drive thru, then pull around to look at 2 people working, an the rest doing nothing as I sat there waiting to be asked anything! Never had any issues with this place, I’m from out of town and ordered from them quite a few times while visiting the city. I went here at 1230am (I didn’t even think they were open passed 12 until i passed by) they close at 1 am i sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes because a truck sat at the window & wouldn’t move, so i called at 1245 and said “can i place a to go order” he said “no you can’t “ nothing else to say like “ we’re closing” “im sorry no to go orders “ just “no u cant” rude as hell i said i was waiting in the drive thru & he said “and a pizza takes more than 10 minutes so” just so rude for no reason.
