Konner made a delivery for me to my sister in law in Ten Mile Tn, out of his delivery service/range. I have the utmost appreciation for this young man as he didn’t have to make that delivery. Konner made a delivery to my sister in law who didn’t have anything to eat, can’t drive due to stroke & cancer and and apparently no food delivery from anything in Ten Mile Tn. I live in FL & placed several phone calls to Sweetwater Tn & surrounding area to have food delivered to my sister in law. This young man Konner went out of his way to accept my phone call and helped me.

I order a pizza to be cut, pie cut and they cut it square. They said they will make me another cut pie cut and when the pizza is done they cut it square again. Okay at this point they are idiots. They can’t read for nothing. Lucky only getting one star .

Ordered a small pizza and parmesan bread bites tonight at about 5:40 online. Their online app said it would be ready by 6:04 to 6:14 (34 minutes). I went to pick it up and arrived at about 6:15 and was told it ‘was the next order out of the oven’. After 4-5 other pizzas came out of the oven, mine came out and they packaged it and set it aside. The employee that told me that was out and when he came back in he noticed it was set aside and gave it to me. Left at 6:31, or 51 minutes after ordering. I don’t think their online app is accurate. The pizza is better than the service.

Absolutely the worst service in a pizza place I have ever been to in my life. I placed a carry out order and got to the store around 30 minutes after the order was placed. Once I walked in the store, it took over 5 minutes to acknowledge any of the customers at the front of the store. Once acknowledged, they told me they didn’t know where my order was. A couple of minutes later an employee comes up and says it was just placed in the oven and it would be about 5 minutes. Needless to say 15 minutes goes by and still no order. Also this entire time one employee is looking at the map and walking circles around the store asking where his delivery orders are at. I was in the store for over 25 minutes while peoples delivery orders just sat on the counter. Finally my pizza comes out of oven and they tell me has to be re-made. I canceled the order at this point and the employees had the nerve to tell me they couldn’t help that the pizza was messed up. Like the oven just messed it up all by itself. Ridiculous

Our order sat in the “quality check” for an hour and 5 minutes before it left for delivery. We ordered cinnamon twists with extra icing when it got here we had no icing. And both the things ordered were cold. Not to mention the delivery driver was rude. So we waited an hour and a half just to have to reheat the pizza in the oven for it to be edible. Probably won’t reorder from this location.

My delivery driver resembles Eddie Van Halen and was the best I’ve ever came across because my food arrived in 15-20 minutes instead of 30-40 minutes and the food was so tasty, I chuckled almost breaking my bell buckle! Hands down and/or up, the best Domino’s Pizza!
