I’ve been ordering from this location since it opened. For the last year i order 1 particular pizza – they have yet to make the pizza correct. Every time i ask to see the pizza it is missing the “Oregano” – i ask way isn’t the pizza made according to the order and the response is “i saw this but no one puts Oregano on a pizza!” I asked if they had a supervisor and they also respond no we don’t have one at this location. They offer to give me a free bottle of coke but I’m still having to pay for a pizza that is incorrectly made. They don’t read what the order states and they add or delete based on what the preparer wants to make at the time not what was ordered. I have left my name and number every time so management can call but no one has returned a call to date. The one time they did offer to make my pizza correctly i was told it would take an hour and the 2nd pizza order would just get cold while i wait for them to recook. If you want a pizza cooked correctly go to the Hwy 411 or Topside location. Management or Corporate can contact me if they wish to discuss the problems.

Food was delivered quickly (Withing 45 mins) but as quick as it was, the pizzas were hard/cold on spots. It was “cut” horribly and I had to finish the cuts to pull the slices apart. Sauce was lacking significantly even though I order extra sauce. Cinnamon twists were hard and barely seasoned and garlic bits were swimming in butter/oil. All around bad experience. Would love a refund but all I could suggest is to not order late evening. Late shift workers do not put pride in thier work.

Dominos is by far the best pizza chain. I mean come on, the crust is insane. The problem is delivery SUCKS. I live 4.5 miles away and can’t get delivery. And they won’t use third party delivery apps of which I would gladly pay. I would order much more if delivery were an option.

This is the 3rd time I have used this domino’s and it is the last. Order was on time, but not correct, the salad tasted like it is a week old and the pizza was hot, looked great, but was not what we ordered, and the onsite attendant was like, “oops, sorry”. Pathetic!

I order from these guys all the time. I’ve left a good review already. However, recently, the pizzas I’ve ordered have been about the thickness of a thin crust, despite being standard pizzas. Just one more company ripping us all off now!

Placed an order at 7:16 pm after an hour I called the store only to be told it was not even put together yet. Still took them another hour before I received my pizza at 9:21 PM. Did not want to cook after working a 12 hour day in over 100 degree weather only to wait 2 hours for a single pizza, and it was cold when I got it. Horrible service, and contacting their customer support is just as useless.

Had a simple order..large pepperoni cheese and a stuffed cheese bread.. with marinara sauce.. but still got my order wrong… missing the best part.. marinara sauce.. I know it’s only a buck but I just don’t like it without.. simple.. smh.. order number 713 and 699..
