Ordered online and when I picked it up and got home I realized they messed my order up. Posting pictures of what I got vs. What I ordered. I’m not going to be ordering from here anymore if they can’t follow simple instructions on a pizza.

This dominos is lacking in managers that actually know how to manage. Placed an order to be picked up 2 hours later. I get there at the scheduled pick up time and they told me it was still in the oven. 15 min later they asked what my name is again. Then they never said anything else after looking for it. I asked how much longer and they said they just began preparing it. I ask why when I placed the order hours ago to be picked up at a specific time. She got the manager and he said they were busy cleaning. I then asked for my money back. The “manager” was very rude and didn’t even apologize for their screw up. Will definitely not be returning.

Worse location to her Domino’s! Never checks their orders, I have issues with them 3-4 times. The general manager Daniel doesn’t want to help when they mess up the order. Make sure you check your orders when you pick up and get it delivered.

Order was not made correctly. General manager was extremely rude in the background saying they weren’t replacing anything. After I asked to speak with him, I let him know that the order was easy if they would have just looked at it. As if I was lying or trying to get free food, he told me he could only replace the 2 of my 4 pizzas that were made wrong if I returned them. Fine by me. Very nice employees but extremely rude management.

If you want a horrible experience go to dominos. Ordered pizza and made it to pick it up 15 minutes after placing the order online. Horrible pizza. It had no sauce on it. And was overcooked. Called they told us nothing could be done. Went back down there and the woman told me “it took too long for you to pick it up”. She told me they could not do anything about it. I will never give them my business again. The manager was very rude

Well thought out process for curbside pickup, complete with your automobile emergency flashing lights on. Aids the employees, behind the floor to ceiling windows, just inches away, that you have arrived in the car/truck/SUV/other (what ever you put in the on-line order) that you have arrived.

There was 15 people working and it still took around an hour to get our food and we only ordered cheese bread and they don’t know how to use the card machine so we ended up having to pay with cash

Ordered at 1130 called at 1 to see what was going on. Guy that’s answered was really rude and said they have already gotten a ton of calls about late orders and they only have one delivery driver. It showed up an hour later finally at 2pm and it was cold and poorly made. This isn’t my first bad experience here but it will be my last. To be fair elizabethton in general just sucks, definitely better service and quality if you drive a city over.

My family loves Domino’s. We just moved to elizabethton area and have ordered from this location twice now. Both times the pizzas were cold and as you can see in the pictures all the toppings are pushed to one side and the center isn’t cooked. It’s still just dough. Terribly disappointed. We will drive back to johnson city to get the quality of pizza we are used to.
