ordered a pizza. Within 2 minutes i get a call from a girl “following her managers orders” to tell me my order is on the way and cannot be delivered to my area. I explain i there is no issue driving to my area AND that my pizza isn’t even made yet and the girl hangs up. Very rude and no customer service.

When you pay money for food it’s disappointing when you don’t get what you ordered. We ordered half cheese and then toppings on the other half of our pizza but it was made with toppings on the whole thing. We don’t eat pork due to religious reasons and I was shocked to find some crispy charred pepperoni (which wasn’t in our order) stuck to the bottom of the pizza, and our wings felt slimy and undercooked or something. Not a good amount of cheese on our pizza, disappointing pizza night. Store employees had kind and pleasant demeanor.

Horrible!! We ordered a large specialty Philly Cheesesteak pizza and paid extra to add banana peppers and extra cheese. The pizza got here fast as hell and I was very pleased with that until I opened the box. The pizza was cold with hard crust and did not have extra cheese or banana peppers. I called the store to see about getting a replacement pizza sent out (this was my daughter’s requested birthday dinner and I am only in town for tonight)… well, after being on hold for over 10 minutes, I hung up and called back. This time the manager answered and after politely explaining the issue he told me that there was no way he could send us another pizza and that they were too busy to make another one. IT IS 8PM AND THE LOCATION IS OPEN UNTIL 1AM!!!!!! HE WAS SO RUDE! I can honestly say this was the worst customer service I’ve ever received and am shocked that it came from management. I told him they can have this pizza back and everything, that we do not want it, but NOPE! NO PIZZA FOR US EVEN THOUGH I PAID $44 DOLLARS FOR ONE!

We ordered a pizza from this location today. After ordering the delivery driver calls and says he ran out of gas and would be ten minutes late. Almost 30-40 minutes later he calls back saying he can’t get gas and I needed to come to where he was at and get my pizza. The manager just canceled the order and refund my money when i voiced my concerns. What about my pizza?! Then after going back and forth he agrees to make another pizza. A whole hour has gone by by this point and we were starving! Horrible customer service. No professionalism. Unorganized. Huge disappointment. Never again.

Slowest delivery I have ever experienced in my entire life for a pizza. The order tracker showed the dominos employee preparing the pizza for over an hour. Have now been able n hold for over 15 minutes trying to cancel my order. This is the worst service I have ever had in my life.

Ordered online and picked up in store. The store was very clean and workers all said hello welcoming us into the store. Before I left I asked the employee about marina sauce, and she didn’t realize I had purchased it with my order. She had to find the receipt, since she didn’t give me one, to show that I paid for it already. Otherwise, The order was cooked pretty well. Especially the cheesey bread, usually at other places it’s too brown and over done. This was perfect! The ham bacon and cheese medium pizza had half a slice with no sauce or toppings, see photo, but was still delicious. The BBQ chicken pizza could have used a little more bbq sauce but overall tasted Wonderful. It was one of those meals that even though you just ate it, it makes you want to reorder the next day!

On February 20th at 11:25 a.m. , I arrived for curbside service, and the employee brought out my order. I directed him to the back seat. He placed pizzas in my back seat and proceeded to walk off. I said to him I need garlic sauce, so I’ll need to come in.”” I went into the building. The same employee was on the phone with a customer. At this point, I noticed he was the only employee present. I waited until he got off the phone to order garlic sauce. He took the order, and I gave him a ten dollar bill. He gave me $5 change. He never said 1 word to me, not 1. I tried to make conversation saying how hard it is to get people to work, he gave me a smirk and continued ringing my order. The pizza was fresh and tasty.
