We love this location and all the workers they are so nice and they find me out in the woods with the neighbors mail box address. Lol thank you for being so nice . The spinach and stuff cheese bread my favorite the brownies are just what you need for the sweet tooth . The pizza is delicious.

I’ve ordered from this location about every week for the past year or so. Managers Michelle and Thea are always on top of their game, never one mistake and excellent service all the way around!

Deliver person was kind. Was the only positive experience.

I’ve never had a particularly poor experience at this Domino’s, and have always had really good service. The location is very easy to get to, there’s plenty of parking, and there’s very rarely a huge rush. The team has always been friendly too. I like how takeout has many options, especially when you order on the app – delivery, pick up in store (lobby), curbside delivery, or even drive-thru (around the back of the plaza). So convenient! When I did the curbside delivery yesterday, my order was delivered maybe 5 minutes later than the app said. It wasn’t a huge deal because I arrived to pick it up a little early. Since it was late, I was immediately emailed a coupon for a free pizza. I didn’t know how that would work since it had never happened until then, but that was a nice perk! (If the order isn’t ready AND delivered – at least for curbside – within the time the app states, you earn a free pizza!) That’s really motivating, both for the team to have a sense of urgency, and for customers to continue ordering there because it’s a win-win. I will definitely be going back to cash out on my free pizza, but I’ll probably place a larger order than just one pizza, so it’s a clever plan on Domino’s part. Oh, and I’m pretty sure you can earn free food on top of the “on time or it’s free” option for being a rewards member and earning points per order. If you like pizza, you really can’t lose.

I ordered a $20 pizza with no tomatoes, black olives and other veggies. I get a pizza with tomatoes, hardly any olives and some sparse veggies. Next time it’s easier and cheaper to make my own pizza than order from here

Every time we’ve ordered, the food sits for at least half an hour before it even leaves the store. Arrives cold. Thin crust arrives like cardboard. Contacted the manager and she assured it wouldn’t happen again. And what happens? Same thing. I hope they go out of business. Incompetent at every level.

Very disappointing, I ordered a pizza and bread for delivery after an hour I check the tracker and it’s on final inspection but notice it had been for 45 min already. The pizza finally arrives another hour later incorrect and without the sauces I was charged for. Pizza was nearly 2 hours old and dried out. Essentially like it had been left out all night. I get that they may be understaffed and things may take longer but delivering someone a 2 hour old dry pizza is not acceptable. Just save your time and money and literally eat anything else

01/17/23 Online order almost $60 delivery and tip included was out the oven at 6:03pm pizza arrived at 6:53pm (distance 3.2 miles). Called management explanation we busy and short on drivers, is there anything else? I said no, what type of management is this. Hoping corporate can answer this one?

Not bad quality tonight, but you need to figure out the delivery situation. Why don’t you use doordash or Uber eats to help lower your delivery times?!

I order two medium 2 topping pizzas and an extravaganza with extra cheese. The same order I normally get. The extravaganza was a medium size and no extra cheese as ordered. It should have been a large. When I called the store and asked for the manager he HUG UP ON ME when I was telling him what was wrong. There is a drive thru at the north Spring Hill location. I’ve always had a good experience there. Order, drive and pick it up from there. At least you get what you ordered and they are respectful. DOMINOS MAIN STREET DOESN’T CARE.
