We’ve been ordering pizza from this location for the last 3 years. Without a doubt, there are much better pizza places out there but the Domino’s on Warrior Drive was great when quick and convenient mattered. Yesterday was the worse pizza I’ve had from any Domino’s in over 40 years! We love the crispy crust. Our pizzas yesterday were disgusting. The crust was similar to a soft stale cracker and tasted just as awful nor could it hold up the toppings. The piece just fell over in your hand. The sauce was thick with way more spice than usual. Much closer to a paste than a sauce. A complete waste of money!

Usually their food and service are great. Tonight our pizza sat in “quality assurance” for over 50 minutes and when it arrived it was cold and burned. Plus we found a big piece of bacon on our veggie pizza which was upsetting to the person who does not eat pork, I hope this was an isolated issue/ bad day because typically their pizza is so fresh and they have the fastest delivery

Order was made completely wrong. Somehow store thought me keeping this pizza as a “free pizza” would be ok as long as they gave me a free pizza next time even though I specifically said I’d like it remade. When I got there to pick up the remake they said would be ready in 15 minutes they had not even started. Manager brought out the pizza and all but nearly shoved it in my face and said here you go. No apology or anything. Staff here could really use a lesson on what southern hospitality is.
