I have been getting deliveries from here often but today I was told they don’t deliver past 5 miles. They refused to go 1 mile further to deliver to me so I ordered from Pep A Roni’s instead. First time trying them and it was way better! They are further away and delivered. Dominos lost, Pep A Roni’s won! Go stuff it Domino’s!!! Never coming back.

Odered online and noticed I ordered handtoased instead of Brooklyn called and told them as soon as I ordered ot online and payed up front before they started making it they said it would be ok but I only ordered 2 topping not the 3 I said apparently I didnt hit the meat choice and they could add the salami on it but would be a few dollars more when I was ording the 3 topping online for 7.99 and now getting 2 topping of chesse and veggies gees and its my pizza when I ordered 5 different pizzas and all they could say was sorry we don’t have the option I could cancel but I payed with debt and don’t want to have to reorder all of it and just to add a topping that I’m getting chatged for and have to wait days to get refunded on and take out 47 dollars on a second order and the only way you can get the deal is ordering online witch did and now just alittle upset

This restaurant is the worst and has the most disrespectful staff i have ever encountered. I ordered a delivery and they cancelled it. I have had them deliver more than once. I called and asked about it. The person on the phone was immediately rude when i asked about it. Told me they cant deliver to me, 10 minutes from the store and hung up on me. WOW way to show the customer how much their hard earned money means to you!

I have always been able to call for a delivery. I’m 6 mi. from the store. Called today and now a recent update says they can only deliver 5 mi. from the store. You just lost a life customer. You should be ashamed.

Called in a pickup order young lady answered the phone she was very friendly very attentive to my needs and questions! Tell me she’d have my order ready and 15 to 20 minutes I got there 10 to 12 minutes my order was coming out of the oven! Again the lady was attentive to my needs she offered me napkins she showed me my pizzas to make sure that they were correct she had a smile on her face and I’m positive that I could hear the smile on her face when I was on the phone with her that’s what else is consumers want we want to feel needed we want to feel respected and I felt all that more great customer service young lady

I loved this place when it first opened, but after a few months the quality kept getting worse and worse. First offense was whenever we got a pan pizza and it was very undercooked. We went to get a new one and one of the workers came inside from smoking and went straight to making pizzas without washing their hands.

Was cussed out and THREATENED by the manager for calling to complain about their driver who can’t follow simple instructions. Asked for our food to be left by the side of the door. Didn’t know I had to say front door since we NEVER had any issues with the other drivers. They always put it by the front door! Even had the lights on as if to say hi…front door here. This driver placed it on the side of the house by the garage. Like seriously? Then called and both managers hung up on me and the second one threatened to call the police on me. Will NEVER order from here and will be contacting corporate! Unacceptable! Even if the customer is angry you never THREATEN them!

Hi, I ordered a pizza yesterday evening for my husband and I. A small sausage. Extra sausage Extra cheese. It was the best pizza we have had hands down in along time.
