Waited hour half on 70 dollar order which the wait wasn’t the problem …. I know they have more deliveries than just mines. Shows up at my house with half my order then says he’s running to store to pick my items up 45 mins later were still waiting on our order to be complete and she says the driver had deliver all his orders in cars first.. This place has to be ran by kids !! Starting to be the worse place to order from!

When I ordered my pizza I forgot to I’m kids to cut into squares and I called and the young lady helped me on the phone and not only that she made sure my profile was updated to make the appropriate changes to make my order easy she created my pizza into the easy order option and included every time I order a pizza for it to be cut into squares when I arrived I found out that it was actually Aubrey that helped me on the phone and then I asked if I can change my last name on my profile again she help me no problem no questions asked the young lady that was also there working with her was very helpful very polite my point is that staff at this location no matter what day what time they always make sure that we are treated with respect and we are not an inconvenience to them the store is clean it’s always fully stocked in the front it’s amazing I mean when I order pizza from work in Nashville off of Briley Parkway there’s a Dominos two minutes from my job on Murfreesboro Pike the drive-through

Just picked up a large pep & cheese pizza. No pepperoni on it but my mistake. Almost no tomato sauce and very little cheese. The last two pizzas were terrible. Control of food cost is very important to have a good bottom line, training is needed. We won’t be back. Jets is our new pizza place!

I have been ordering from them for years with no problems but the last order on 1/25 was horrible. Very long wait time to receive delivery was told in advance though, crust was best ever but toppings were almost non existent, pepperoni mushrooms sausage and extra cheese, barely there. Cold, and pizza must have fallen over as it was not intact. Wings were ok. Gave two stars out of respect for past great service. Will pay in cash not card next time if I order so I can personally inspect before paying . This was horribly expensive as well, large pizza and 18 wings plus tip $47.49! Pretty sure pizza was a medium unless they have shrunk portions like everyone else.
