This is one of the few places that deliver to me but there seems to almost always be something a miss… forgotten toppings, delivered to the wrong address once, missed coupons, etc… some of the things are out of their control but I would say this is a mediocre dominos location at best.

ordered a handmade pan medium pizza and it was made like a regular pizza the only thick part of the pizza was the crust. I ordered extra cheese and barely got any cheese. Will not be back.

Truly an all around great pizza experience.. yes, it is possible with a national chain restaurant.. I worked for Dominos many moons ago on a planet far far away, and believe it or not it’s still my favorite place to get consistent good pizza any place I travel.. the location on Downs Blvd in Franklin TN is an extremely well managed store and it caused me to consider working for the company again, thirty years later!

Recently we have been ordering for a scheduled time and end up receiving our order 20 minutes late. The pizza is finished around 30 minutes before it is delivered to us. This has happened multiple times (we typically order on Friday nights). Then when I call the store to check on it I don’t get an answer unless I call multiple times in a row. I don’t recommend.
