To the most wonderful and amazing people who were working today on July 2nd. You did an amazing job and everything was delicious! My sauces didn’t make it to me, but no biggie I called and you had a wonderful solution, that your delivery driver would come back to deliver them. I had a wonderful idea as well and just drove to y’all and got them myself. I didn’t ask for anything and you definitely offered, but thank you so much for the brownie cookie item. It was absolutely delicious and cured my munchies.

Domino’s is always a hit or miss. Tonight was a miss for sure. Ordered the ultimate pepperoni and only 3 pieces had pepperoni on them and VERY little cheese. So over it and do done with Domino’s!!

UDATE: I gave this place a second shot. And in all fairness, the pizza quality has improved. However, the fact that they still charge a delivery fee (and that fee DOES NOT reach the driver) –still doesn’t set well with me. Therefore, I normally choose to pick up our order on the way home. I have no issue paying a delivery fee but I’d feel better about it if i knew those funds went toward the drivers compensation. Im upgrading my review to 3 stars for pizza quality.

Worst dominos ever I got my order messed up and manager tells me that he will credit me and to just put order in online next time and don’t pay but to call so I do this and I can’t even get the order I want cus it had to many toppings and I was only put in system for a 5 topping pizza then tgey wanted me to pay for side sauces I had in order when original order had them so I was forced to take them off the order well that is not replacing an order replacing an order would be to get it exactly how I originally ordered it or making the new one the way I want it not the way the store wants it I’m very ticked off and do not recommend this location also they barely put any sauce on pizza so it was like eating pizza with no sauce and the crust was hard but I put that behind me and gave them a second chance cus I had a free order coming and they gave me problems getting it

For 7 years Dominoes has delivered to my house. I called tonight for a delivery and was told they no longer deliver to my house as of a month ago. They said they deliver as far as Montgomery central high school but not side streets anymore. I’m about 7 minutes away. Should have supported local anyway. I normally go and pick up but ongoing i will not be purchasing from Dominoes at all. I will support the local Central Pizza.

I usually have a great experience with this domino’s. Sometimes the thicker pizzas are doughy tho which is why I only gave 4 stars. I’ve had success solving that problem by asking for everything to be extra done. No doughy pizza since I started doing that. I wish I could request well done with the online ordering.

When I called an hour and a half AFTER I placed my order for delivery, I was told they were 2-3 HOURS behind with only 1 driver and that they would have to REMAKE my food and it’d be ANOTHER 30 minutes before I could come PICK IT UP myself and they’d give me a credit and make it free. I’ve worked in food service. I’ve been short staffed. But you have to be up front with your customers and give them opportunity to decide if 2 to 3 hours behind is worth it to them. Don’t wait until your already and hour and a half in and they have to ask you ehats going on. Management/distric Management should be ashamed of themselves. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the young man who answered the, while sounding frazzled, was still polite.

Ordered online and went inside to pickup. One worker was on the phone with a customer so I had to stand there and wait, maybe about 5-7 minutes. During that time, I watched the young lady preparing pizzas, touch a cellphone, a paper menu on the counter, her pants, her hair, then the pizza dough. Then I watched her grab a hand full of cheese with her bare hands and that’s all I needed. When he was finally off the call I asked for my order to be cancelled, and left. I have no idea where their sink is to wash their hands but it def doesn’t get used.
