Have had about a bakers dozen plus wrong orders made or sent to me. It’s gotten to a point where we call after order is made to make sure it’s not wrong. Today, after doing just that we were brought someone else’s order. I told the delivery driver that it was someone else’s order. If I didn’t, I don’t think she would not had known it was someone else and they wouldn’t have gotten their order. Someone else would have gotten their order wrong or not delivered. After 2 hours and finally getting our order it was COLD. We order 2-3 times a week not always delivery. I pick it up sometimes. I’ve even had my order taken away to be sent on a delivery when I ordered pick up and I’m standing right there. Get some training people! Look what you’re taking before you leave the building. I’m done. You can lose my hundreds of dollars which probably doesn’t mean much to you but I’m sure that I’m not the only one this is happening to. Training. It’s all I ask. Not that hard. Thanks

We order from this location quite a bit. I’m leaving 3 stars because half of the time we get fantastic service. When Noah is the one taking care of us we know our order will be delivered in a timely manner. When Judith is the one on staff I know for a fact I’ll be receiving an apology email from dominos corroborate… and a free pizza. Not that I mind a free pizza but how many is the company going to give away before they correct the real issue? Ordered 2 pizzas and a box of wings at 6:00pm, at 6:20pm the tracker showed that it was out of the oven here it is 7:19pm and the driver is leaving the store with our order. When I called from my number no one would answer the phone, when my husband called his call was answered promptly. I’m not saying don’t order but I am telling you if it’s Judith you will be getting a free pizza and waiting over an hour for your food to be delivered after it comes out of the oven. Im a manager of 3 local companies, I know how hard it is to find good help but lord if Noah can do it then Judith can too.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! He made my pizza without gloves then continues picking at his pimples on his face gave me a nasty attitude when I told him I wanted a nother pizza made with gloves on comes back and says they don’t have any!!! I almost puked then and there. And now I have no money to eat on bc he sent the money back to my card so that will take days!

This Dominos always fails to meet expectations. I have tried several times to order the philly steak and every time its been disappointing with a lot of cheese and I’m not kidding 1 0z of steak. (A few slivers of meat) Its a joke ! last time I went to the Dominos in Chapel Hill the manager was so apologetic and returned my money and said he was going to fire person responsible. Well here we are a few months later and its the same old thing. I will be going back today for a refund. Oh and the manager was working when this happened this time. These people are trained and only do what the manager tells them. I was not going to post anything but enough is enough. How do they even stay in business I don’t know.

Sooo Dominos, okay… We have been customers of this local Dominos in Chapel Hill for over 10 years now. We have seen the Good, the Bad, and the down right UGLINESS of pizza. Of course with Dominos, ( just as all the other quick pick pizza joints ) you are getting an okay pizza, with okay flavors, and okay customer service. Once you’ve had REAL pizza, it kinda ruins the rest of the spots.
