Placed order online for pickup at window. Arrived about 10 minutes after placing order and was told order would take 10 more minutes, which was fine. After waiting about 5 minutes they asked me to move forward which would be perfectly understandable if there were other customers waiting, but there weren’t. Thought that was a bit strange. But they gave me my pizzas and when I got home they were hot, fresh and tasty. That’s where the rubber meets the road!

It is one of the slowest domino’s. And if I could, I would not even give it stars to begin with. I asked for 2 hand tossed pizzas that were carryout. When they gave the price(28.54), I knew something g was wrong because it’s carryout. I mentioned that the price was wrong and that it’s carryout and the prices should be $6.99-$7.99(I wasn’t sure). The guy then replied and said, “You have to say it’s carryout, or we won’t label it as that. Like what!!! I’ve been ordering pizza for years, and not once have i ever been told that I have to say it’s carry out when I had already said I was picking my food up. This is definitely giving, I’m being robbed because people don’t wanna do their job the right way. Please inform your employees that you have customers like myself that leave reviews and people actually pay attention to reviews.

Worst dominos ever! I have have them chance after chance bc it’s so close to my house. Every time I get an order it’s messed up literally! Today my large pizza got “lost” somehow per employee so when I got there after the tracker said it was ready I had to wait yet again and when I got home and got it it was awful VERY DISAPPOINTED

I would give them negative stars if I could. I placed a pizza order on Wed 5PM, and got a call on my voicemail “We don’t deliver to your city” Except, we weren’t in the city he claimed. It took several times to get through to store to answer the phone. I explained when I put in my offices location on the online site, his location popped up. The rude manager on the phone didn’t seem to care, didn’t want to help, didn’t want to allow me to file a complaint with his manager. He finally takes the complaint. I get a call from the GM who complains I am cutting into his video game time. He finally agrees to deliver to my location. Because they canceled my order, The GM tells me i will have to reorder. So fine, I try and the earliest they can delver is 1:30PM. So I try to call the store no answer, I try the GM no answer. I text the GM, who finally responds and says try to call in 45 min before you need the pizzas. I tried to call, text, the GM and the store to explain I had meetings and no guarantee they would go through with the promises to deliver. No response. I guess dominos prefers their managers playing games over helping customers.

Possibly the worst experience I have EVER had with a restaurant. Staff was incredibly rude and mocked me for my complaint about my food being burnt! They refused to refund or remake one of my items and threw it away. Gave me a very hard time about even remaking the pizza. Tried telling me I must not really like bacon because if I did I would have eaten it burnt! NEVER ORDERING AGAIN

Normally, the staff has always been excellent on customer service, but unfortunately. This particular employee with a beard was rude and upon request for parmesan cheese packs he said they do not give packs only shakers which is false. His entire delivery in response was rude. His demeanor was unwelcoming.

Refuses to deliver to our house despite us living half a mile from the store. Won’t give us a reason as to why and was excessively rude when I tried to ask. Given that we live in a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood, I can guess why. I’ll go elsewhere, thank you.
