I placed our order online. I drove 18 minutes to pick our pizza up. It had not even been put in the oven to bake when I got there to pick the pizza up. I was told to park and wait for our pizza, I did just that. I got home with our dinner to find that 1 of our pizzas wasn’t made right. The onions were left off of our pizza. To pay $18.24 and the pizza not be made right is frustrating.

While they seem to be always too busy, they Never seem to get my order right. I ALWAYS order PAN pizza and yet, I rarely get the PAN pizza I order. I truly wish they gave more attention to accuracy and they extra wait might be worth it. I wish I could give them a better review but, they are so worried about being fast they can’t seem to get it right….

The first time this happened I over looked it. I made an online order which includes my full name and car information. I was sent a message that order was placed and estimated pick up time. I arrived and checked in. While waiting and watching the dancers through the window I noticed my order was still in the Q as started at 4:45 and never moved. Trying not be rude I continued to wait as I’m the only person there. At 520 I pull to the window and ask if there was an order for, stating my last name. And was told no. Then they said we have an order for and stated my first and last name well yes that’s me and they named my car. All the while the music jam going on in the back ground. Thank goodness my God is forgiving as I was late for church.

We’ve had a love hate relationship with this Domino’s. More disappointment than anything else. Our delivery pizza order took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive, was cold and no one answered the phone to see what was going on.

This place has gone downhill. We won’t be back. Last night was the last time. My order was wrong. I only noticed after I had gotten home. I turned around and went back. The guy says “My bad” and that’s it. Hands me the correct salad. I go to eat the salad and the lettuce is completely brown. We’ll consider going back if they raise their standards. Completely disappointed.

So on Friday night past, my wife orders pizza for the kids. She waits in line 45 minutes to get to the window. At the window for 10 minutes is ignored. She pulls forward and parks and goes to the door which is locked and is waived Over to the window which she goes to and they refuse to come to. Come to find out they canceled the order. Manager says she called people and my wife. I said I would share that she did not by showing wife’s phone with no call showing. She changed tactic and said they were to busy and what could she do. It was better for one mad person than several. No apology. Nothing other than call corporate if I don’t like it. I have followed up with corporate but being franchise it is up to the owner. This location is going down hill fast. We were every Friday night customer but no more. Second time in 6 months something like this has happened.
