So we ordered 2 med pizzas and 2 Philly cheese steak sandwiches. The meat from both sandwiches combined wasn’t even enough for 1 sandwich. I wouldn’t be so bothered if we had been made aware when we placed the online order or even when I came to pick it up and they hadn’t even been started making it yet. The girl that told me she would expedite my order seeing how it had been almost an hour since we placed the order could’ve mentioned it or offered to make a different sandwich. Instead of passing these meatless sandwiches off to us. We paid over $30 dollars for our order and got $15 worth of food. I was an assistant manager at dominos and this is just BAD service and product. The franchisee or corporate needs to address the service at the Meridianville Alabama location. We will not be back. I’d rather give my money to Little Caesars and drive all the way to Huntsville to get it.

Don’t waste your time. It routinely takes 1.5-2 hours to receive a delivery order. Tonight was the cherry on top, 2+ hours and the order is still in the “Prep” phase. On hold 30+ min on the phone trying to cancel the order and nobody answers. Save yourself the hassle and order from the new Marcos in Meridianville

I will never in my life order here again. Still never received my order. Placed my order over an hour ago. It says 18 to 28 minutes Delivery. Have not heard from the store. Cannot get a hold of the store. Have not received my food and it’s been over an hour. It says it’s been out of the oven for over a hour now on the app. I am going to order from Papa Johns now. My family is starving and cannot get a hold of the store. I will never order from Dominos again.

Ordered several pizzas for a get together with friends. The app stated 18-20 minutes to arrive at the hotspot. Waited an hour. Called and got immediately hung up on. Called again no answer. Drove 20 minutes to Dominos. At first they ignored me inside. Then one of the employees came to the drive up window and told me the pizza was out for delivery. I drove back to the hot spot. Waited an hour. No one showed. Went to Wendy’s and loaded up on hamburgers. Had to go back to Dominoes to get a refund the next day. They said my order was cancelled and would get back with me. I don’t expect anybody will. Never again.

This place is absolutely horrible. They don’t answer the phone and it took over 2 hours to start cooking the food. The place is disgusting and has trash all over where they are cooking food. Because of them I will never eat at a Dominos again. Save your money and time l!

They really should just close the doors. Was on phone for 19 minutes ordered at 3:00pm and 3:56 it just became ready and they wanted me to come pick it up. Please save the hassle go to Marcos or Papa John’s never had an issue there.

Who makes a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and doesn’t put a drop of ranch on it? Food got here cold, and there was hardly any meat or cheese on the sandwiches. Not a drop of ranch on either one. I tried to call them to get this fixed, but they had me on hold for twenty minutes. To top it off, the garlic twists came in giant balls, not normal twists. Here’s some pictures.
