I ordered these pizzas from the Glenn st store on a Saturday night around 12am, called to discuss the issue with my food, & of they didn’t answer ( they never answer the phones at this store) I finally got a manager that Monday she said she would have to talk to the general manager. Well I never heard anything back. I’ve been trying to order my replacement pizzas for a total of 4 days now. So tonight, Finally the same manager answered & I told here I was wanting to get my free order & she say well what order is that ma’am because JOSH (the general manager) told me we where NOT REPLACING your order. So, JOSH, this is what you serve your customers & you’re happy about it?!!!!!!!!

I did an online order and after 1 hour of no progress on the tracker I tried calling the store and they never answered the phone. Since I could get no response I had to go up to the store and find out they haven’t even started it. While I stood there waiting I overheard additional customers with similar issues. I absolutely won’t be back. Marco’s is far better organized.

I noticed after 38 minutes the tracker shows my order is still being prepped. I paid for the pizza at 7:58 pm and now 70 minutes later they are still prepping. I called to cancel my order and now have been holding for over 30 minutes! This is a joke! I used my Marcos pizza app and my pizza order has been fixed while holding with domino! It will be here from Marco pizza before I can even get Domino to answer the call to cancel my order since it’s not being made! Unacceptable!! Never order from these people! Update: After holding for 45 minutes I hung up, called back held for 15 again, My pizza showed up at 10:25pm.. I had allready ate my other pizza and went to bed. Said Give me a refund your store will not answer for me to cancel. He got the manager on his cell phone and said oh it will be 3-5 days for the refund! What In the Heck! Never order from here! Get it together or shut it down!

Ordered two sandwiches @8:04pm on Sunday. Didn’t hear anything back other than that my order had been received, so after about 25 minutes I checked the “tracker”. According to the tracker my order would be ready between 9:08 – 9:18 which I thought was a typo – over an hour for two sandwiches?? So I drove to the store and FINALLY was able to talk to a human, who didn’t think it was such a big deal that my order would take over an hour! I then asked if I could get a refund and was placed on “ignore” (hold) for 16 minutes, then the call dropped. I called the number again, got the automated attendant, asked for a refund, and was placed on ignore for another 11 minutes before I gave up. I drove back to the store and was in the drive-thru line @9:18 – and I was third in line! I then received a message from the tracker that my order was in the oven! Then at 9:26 I received a message that my order was complete – and I’m still third in line at the drive-thru! Finally @9:37 I went inside to get my order. So I ordered two sandwiches @8:04 and I got home with them just before 10pm!! Oh, and the sandwiches weren’t prepared the way I had specified in the order!!

I’ve already left one negative review for this location but felt the need to delete and redo after the experience I just had. The last issue I had was ordering food that took well over and hour and half to arrive at my home. The owner called me and offered a free pizza that would be uploaded to my acct. It either never was or expired in a very short period of time as I never saw it. Today my grandparents gave me a gift card to dominos for a friend and I to get dinner. We go to pay only for them to tell us that the card has a zero balance. I really do not think my grandparents would give me a card with nothing on it!!!! Canceled the order and told to call the number on the back to dispute. The number doesn’t even give you an option to talk with a representative. I’m done with this location and dominos! Joke of a location and joke of a company. There’s better pizza options anyway!

These guys are absolutely amazing. I’ve never had pizza,delivery so fast time after time, piping hot pizza at my door almost always ahead of the tracking system. Plus absolutely delicious. Keep up the great work!

Food was great. But they need to work on the online estimation. Food was supposed to be ready at 6:15, at 7pm I finally left with my Food. I understand getting busy, but the online estimation should be able to give a more accurate idea of when it will be ready based on how many orders are received.

About the only pizza place in Decatur that will still answer their phone. You can hardly understand them but we did get them to answer the phone and place an order without using their app.

A 50-60 minute wait for a pizza that I am picking up is not worth it. Plus, the large 3 topping pizza for $7.99 coupon is now only for a one topping pizza. Really upset! Would not recommend. Highly wouldn’t recommend anything from this place again.

This time was not very good. The order was not correct and they lost track of the order evidently. After waiting at least 20 minutes inside we finally got our pizza and bread. The toppings were not as ordered. They asked me around 5 times what my name was and I even showed them the order number. I needed to leave and did not check the pizza.
