Normally the food and service is good tonight was different. I said no onions and this what was delivered. Also the bread was greasy and took them over and 1hr me and my neighbor is regular customers

I ordered dinner and when I arrived home which is literally 7 mins from the restaurant the pizza had bare spots, didn’t have extra cheese, extra pepperoni, and extra bacon which I paid for. I called the store and was left on hold for 45 minutes before I hung up and decided to do a review. The pizza was also not hot like it had previously been made and just sat under the warmer at the restaurant. This is very unacceptable and I would like someone to reach out to me. We would like our food replaced.

I would give 0 if I could…..I have had issues 3 different times with this store to them taking 3 hrs to bring me a pizza, to giving my pizza to the wrong addresses and telling me the app lies and it was not delivered as I watch the driver drive away……..thankfully Pappa Jon’s has been able to take care of my pizza needs…..shame they are operating at store like this and don’t even care.

I ordered two small pizzas on my lunch break and they said it would be a 1 hour wait , ended up being a lil longer was supposed to receive a phone call to let me know my food was at front desk didn’t receive phone call so food sat there a while and got cold , called them trying to replace it they claim they can’t replace it unless I bring food but I never had to bring food in long as I have a receipt it’s suppose to be replaced very Bad service manager said food would be delivered at 1:54 but I never received call and my food was ruined due to it being cold , bugs , and peoples touching it who wasn’t me food was suppose to be handed to me personally

*Update Aug 2023* The last few times I’ve ordered have been much better. I’ve been seeing the name Latoya on the order app and she’s doing a good job. Much better than the one who’s name I’ve already forgotten!*edit end* If I order chicken or the cheesey breads it’s not bad. But most of the pizza I’ve ordered in the past couple years has been dry, hardly if any sauce, even when I ask for extra, very few toppings, especially if it’s chicken, and the crust very unevenly made. I even got one once that had NO CHEESE at all and all the toppings were almost burnt. Tonight I ordered the hot buffalo chicken pizza and was very disappointed. Was hoping they had improved. Sadly not.

The the workers at dominos on 6th AVENUE have bad attitudes and when you pay for extra toppings they don’t put it on there and me and my family have always went to this one but we are going to start going to the one on Glenn street
