Well- it was Friday the 23rd and headed home for Christmas. Me and 9yo needed food. They added 20 minutes to the delivery time twice taking well over an hour. Pizza was burned and cold. When I tried to call, it took me through the prompts then just loud static. Side note- they forgot all 4 dipping sauces

Where to begin…. I did an online order and not only did I wait over an hour for my order to be put in the oven but nothing I got was cooked. Steak on one pizza was cold, the dough was raw on everything, same with the chicken pizza I got, cheese bread was almost completely raw and the brownies still had oil on the bottom and it was also not edible so I called to see if I could get my order made properly I was told that it can’t be replaced unless there was only 2 pieces out of the pizzas and bread, I have 4 people in my house and we each got 1 piece of pizza and bread so that cancelled out us getting anything replaced. I understand being busy but there’s no excuse for giving out raw food.

I have to order delivery and 6 out of ten orders are over cooked. This due to it sitting in the carrying bag for delivery way to long. Cheese on the pizza is very hard my the time it reaches my home.

Online order said it would be ready at 5:48. I came right on time, and they said that there could be up to a 2 hour delay since their online system was allowing too many orders through at once due to being Halloween. They said that they couldn’t find my order in the queue, and they couldn’t guarantee anything soon. However, they were telling everyone else individually that it would be just 35 minutes. I canceled my order after feeling treated unfairly.

Terrible. Ordered a curbside pickup – checked in that I had arrived to retrieve my order at the designated pickup time – waited outside the establishment for over 15 minutes with my hazards on after having checked in – tried calling to see how much longer the wait would be but no one ever answered the phone – then had to get out and go inside to find out that they were literally just putting my pizza in the oven as I had walked in. No one thought to come and tell me that there was a delay and my order would be very much behind knowing that I was waiting outside. No one thought to apologize for my wait so I decided to cancel the order. Very disappointing customer service.
