I wish they had a zero star. I ordered a pizza from Domino’s in Liberty Park. This is what they sent me. So I called and spoke to the manager name Lanae. She told me that this is the way Domino’s Pizza make their thin crust. Now I order the thin crust all the time and I’ve NEVER received anything like this. So she made me another pizza. She called to tell me that she made it so I can eat it. She informed me that she cut all of the edges off because it was burned also. When the delivery driver brought the pizza I opened it and this is what I received for the 2nd time. I called Lanae again she told me she gave me what I asked for. She began to scream at me and hung up in my face. Domino’s Pizza what kind of establishment are you running? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! Will not be ordering from here again. Food was delivered to the wrong house and when I called the store to try and find a solution, the manager chewed me out on the phone insisting the order was delivered to the correct house. Never met a manager in food service who was so ill equipped to handle customers

Unfortunately pizza was delivered at room temp and sauces where missing from order. First time ordering from this location for delivery and may not be doing this again, tried calling and voicing concerns but it was brushed off as unimportant.

As I’ve sent several times via the “leave a note of encouragement” button on the Domino’s app, these guys are my pizza heroes. Directions for the pizza prep are followed well and executed without sloppiness, our orders have ALWAYS been correct, and the drivers are both kind and prompt. 5/5; will order again (and actually, just did hehe… can’t wait!)

I would like to take a moment to spotlight an individual who showed exceptional customer service from the moment my partner and I walked into the store, till the time we left. He was beyond kind, patient, and friendly. He ensured that our order was correct, and we were served in a timely manner! If I had to give 2 recommendations, I would say:1. I left explicit instructions on my location, which they have been to before, and the incompetent driver, James,, still went to they wrong place. After passing by me twice in front of the gate with a mailbox with the address on it he showed up 20 minutes later than arrival time. He had an attitude when I told him that they should read and follow instructions. I let him keep the pizza. Notified the manager, his comment was “sorry bout that”

This Domino’s is not as good as the one in Cahaba Heights. It’s still pretty good quality-wise, but they have more errors in their orders. What gets them three stars is their calling me about a negative review. Here’s the deal: They screwed my order up. I called, sat on hold for over five minutes, and finally got it changed. I thought about this so I left a mixed review via the app. They then called me back to passive-agressively complain about my review. So this takes them from four stars to three.

Don’t believe the on-line pizza tracker. My pizza showed “delivered” when it was not. After 20 minutes after it was showing as “delivered” I called, and was told that the tracker was “somewhat automated” so it showed the pizza delivered before it was actually delivered. Employee admitted that it was telling me something that wasn’t true. Pizza was good, but warm, not hot.
