My extravagant pizza and the garlic bread knots with marinara dip sauce was great last night. Whoever made that pizza did amazing. Very hot and fresh food. Great job guys!

I’m usually not one to complain about fast food, but tonight’s experience at this location will go down as the absolute worst I’ve ever had. I answered the door and told the driver, Patrick, “thanks I appreciate it” when he handed me my food and he responds “no you don’t” then proceeded to flip me off and storm away. Not only that, but I opened my boxes to find my order clearly tampered with, and the pizza was completely wrong. Thankfully the manager refunded me, but if anyone from this store reads this, Patrick should be fired immediately. That was absolutely infuriating.

Just ordered a one topping medium pizza and was quoted $12 something. When I inquired about the special for $7.99 , the male stated that was a large one topping for $7.99. Sir, please give me the large. Customer is definitely sub par at this location.

I called to order a pizza at 10:30. They close at 11. A young female answered & asked me to call back in a minute that she was on the wrong screen & would lose her progress. So I called back and no one answered. I think that was the motive from the beginning was to not make a pizza 30 minutes before close time.

Pizza was ready at 3:12. Called the store at 4:00 pm at which time I was informed that they only had 1 driver and he would be back at store in 12-20 minutes . I stated that my pizza was ready almost an hour ago and it’s gonna be another 15-20 minutes before a driver even picks it up. I said I only live 5 minutes away, I told her I didn’t want a cold pizza . The lady stated well again we only have one driver and since you live 5 minutes away you can come pick it up. I said well can you remake the pizza. She then stated yes you could have just said that from the beginning instead of coming off so rude. Hmm. I think she was the rude one from the beginning of the conversation. Never apologized for the delay. Offers no suggestions, I ended up sending my son to get a pizza. He informed them that he was anted another one but we ended up with the same one. Crust is dried from sitting on the warmer and I was still charged 3.99 delivery fee.

I’m not a big dominos fan but found a deal and gave it a shot. I’ve tried their hand tossed and now the Brooklyn style. The hand tossed wasn’t my style. I got sausage, pepperoni and ham. The sausage pieces were really big and the crust wasn’t my favorite. Tonight I tried the Brooklyn style with pepperoni, bacon and green olives. It was actually really good. The crust is pretty thin and light, and has a good flavor—different from the hand tossed. If I’m doing fast food pizza I almost always go with papa johns, but I may switch it up every now and then and get the Brooklyn style at Domino’s. Good work dominos.

Terrible customer service. Delivery over an hour late. Zero communication after I called FORTY ONE times trying to figure out where pizzas were for an event I had. All the employee wanted to do was make excuses. She should be fired.
