Absolutely garbage, terrible experience. They got my order wrong completely wrong then make us pay $5 for them to deliver a remake, THEN have the NERVE to ask for the pizzas back AND they burnt all the next pizzas. This is my first review ever because the whole experience was terrible. The pizza is better as a chip because the dough is so hard and crunchy.

I have no idea what was going on with this location but they did a terrible job. At this moment, I am waiting for my pizza. I ordered it at 8:08pm. It went into quality check at 8:19pm. Then it left for delivery at 9:06pm. It is currently 9:26pm.

Messed up my two pizza order, both pizzas being wrong. I called and asked for a fix only because one pizza had cheese on it which im very allergic too. They kept me on the phone for 30 minutes repeating my order over and over again. Then when they delivered the pizzas an hour later it was burnt so bad it hurt my jaw to chew. I will never comeback to Dominoes, and strongly suggest this location be closed permanently. DO NOT ORDER HERE

became aware of my order being canceled wasn’t because the employee contacted me to inform me, but because I called up to the store to let them know I was in route and would be there 10 minutes before they closed. The employee had the worst attitude and was horribly rude when he told me don’t worry about coming because he canceled my order and they are closed. I asked why he canceled it when the listed hours still had them open!! He said he is walking out the door and didn’t want to make my pizza and proceeded to hang up on me!! My suggestion for this location that if you choose to employ rude, disrespectful, and lazy employees which refuse to work when they are suppose too, then maybe you should adjust your locations operating schedule to actually reflect the hours your employees decide to work. At least then I could have a chosen a different location to actually been able to purchase a pizza! With how I was treated and disrespected by the employee has made sure that I will never order another pizza from then again!!

I promise this is not hyperbole. I have been here four times, and all four of those times, there was something off about what I got. Three out of four times, they didn’t rub the garlic stuff on the crust, so if you’re reading this expect that this will happen to you. One time, the pizza just wasn’t cut. One time, they put like all the sausages on one slice–who does that?? This was actually kinda cool–one time I ask for a red pepper packet and they gave me a whole shaker. Every time, the pizza took a lot longer than the app says it should. I refer to this as “the bad domino’s” and people usually know what I mean.

Waited over an hour for delivery.. tracker said order was done at 806pm.. I get it restaurants/fast food joints are under staffed.. but delivery driver was just straight chillin outside our domicile for over 10+ minutes. Pizza was cold.. not enough toppings on my extra toppings order. Sure I could have picked up.. but why offer delivery and not take advantage of It. Never again.
