I live less than 5 minutes away. I was told 25 minutes. Pizza was ice cold. They also said they were out of onions. There is a Publix about 50 feet away. This is the worst Domino’s ever.

If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would, this review was written the same night as my last order I’ll ever place from this location on 4/10/23 around 6pm. Since this location opened I’ve always had the same issue which was NO GARLIC SEASONED CRUST!!! And 99% of the time, what arrives at my door? Exactly what I didn’t order, when I called I was asked to hold and after 10 minutes I got fed up and went to the store with the order in hand and left it on their counter demanding a refund. The staff that was on were kids with no apparent adult in sight. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST domino’s I ever had to deal with. Here’s a tip, go the extra few steps and call the store on Gatlin Blvd, most likely they’ll deliver to this locations service area. BUYERS BEWARE!!

Just moved to Becker and I must say WORST DOMINOS I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM!!!! They take forever to deliver the food, messes up a similar order, calls to let them know and puts you on a forever hold when they are about 10 mins until closing. I called off my husband phone and got a quick answer while my phone was on hold. Order from somewhere else! Very disappointed!

I came in at 5 pm to place an order. I stood at the counter waiting for the female employee to get off the phone. She hung up about 5 minutes later and I started to speak to order and she completely ignored me to talk to someone that literally just walked in the door? Am I invisible? Not according to the other person that was there with me to order. Zero stars for customer service

Order was canceled due to lack of staff, which was fine. After I was told this I hung up. What I don’t appreciate is a call back from the location and being rudely talken to and being told I was disrespectful. For one you don’t go out of your way to be rude to someone else after you feel you have been disrespected because you are also running a business. Apparently that is not taught when you actually go through training at this facility.

Called at 2.03pm was told 30 mins called back at 2.45pm was told it was been delivered as we speak called back at 3.03 pm was informed that they made mistake for wait time when I started to repeat what she told me at 2.45 was put on hold without been informed.. A MINUTE later a lady came on and said they just leave out with it and will be there in 8 mins. They arrived at 3.33pm . I don’t normally give reviews but I had to its the worst service I have ever received would not recommend delivery from this dominos

I would leave negative stars if i could. The becker road store is literaly 2 miles from my house. Order there alot. Or used to. No more after tonight. Ordered 3 subs and a pasta at 8 13 pm amd at 10 15 still not here. 1 driver showed up with tje wrong order. Got told another girl had it. Called the store amd got told by the “manager” that our food had just left the store. 45 minutes and 2 miles from the store its still not here. Will call corporate tomm and at least try and make sure we get a refund.
