So I placed an order for over a 100 dollars. One of the items was a habanero chicken sandwich which arrived dry and without any habanero sauce. I called right away and the person who answered the phone claimed to be the manger. I explained to him what is going on and asked him to remake the sandwich. He stated he did not have enough drivers and that it will take 2 to 2.5 hours before the can send someone out and I agreed. 4 hours later I called and the person who answered the phone claims again to be the manager and stated he did not know nothing about my order, matter of fact he can’t even see that I placed an order today on their system I told him I have the receipt and the order confirmation online and the delivery driver phone number who called me to access the gate. Still denied and I told him that I will go to the store with the receipt and he stated even if I do so he can not do nothing for me.

ive never had an issue with any dominoes ever. even out of state. usually they’re super on top of things and i can have my order delivered and ready in less than an hour. the past 6 times i’ve ordered through the app it has taken them over an hour to have my food delivered. it will sit in quality check for 45 minutes and i have to call every time to check on my order. and as soon as i hang up with them, magically the app tells me that my driver is on the way. i understand some businesses are short staffed and drivers are not readily available. but over an hour every time? make it make sense. at this dominos especially the people that i speak to over the phone are rude. they aren’t courteous at all. i told the woman on the phone “ i understand youre short staffed im just wondering how long it will be until a driver becomes available. if it’s more than 30 minutes than i’ll just come pick it up” she told me that it would be 20 minutes and that it should be soon. and she said “yeah sorry about that” not a have a nice day, im sorry, is there anything i can do for you. nothing. i am not one to even leave reviews.. id rather just leave it as is. but after so many times you’d think something would change. next time i’ll just order from papa johns

I’ve been eating at this Dominos for a few weeks now and it’s a step above the rest. Great quality food, the staff is always polite and engaging. They do truly great work at this location, their build your own bread bowl is a great price and absolutely delicious, keep up the great work!

“Hi”, “Welcome in”, “Picking up?”, “We’ll be right with you”..…ANY of these phrases are better than 0/8 people acknowledging your existence. Also, if you forget my order – even though my app & YOUR board says it’s ready – just tell me. Please don’t leave me to guess what’s happening for the next 20 min (even though i can see two people muttering to each other that it wasn’t made yet). And as a manager of ANY company – go ahead and add a “sorry about that” / “our bad dawg” – literally ANYTHING is better than the lack of life or care i saw in these people’s eyes. Yeesh. Frozen pizza, please don’t disappoint me tonight!

Just got our first pizza from here. We haven’t had Dominoes since we left MA. Wings taste a little off but that’s prob because we’re used to Papa Johns. Pizza tastes great.

I really can’t believe that when the store isn’t busy my order came out totally wrong, the pizza I ordered was not, the soda was 2 liters, they gave me a 20 oz faith, they didn’t give me the marinade dip, I hope I don’t return to this store the employees do nothing, the pizza preparatory was the one who helped me solve the bad costs that the cashiers did, customer service is very poor

I mean pizza is pizza, but when you are getting a one topping, you would like to see the topping. Also can we get the not bubbled pizza dough? Most of this pizza dough is popped bubbles. Shame cuz I usually like Dominos.

This location is the worst. The so called manager named Ian (if that’s his real name) needs to be demoted until he repeats and successfully passes his Managerial & Customer Service CBTs with real life experience, as he lacks any ounce of conflict resolution and wouldn’t know Customer Service if it walked right up to him and slapped him in the face. Clearly he doesn’t understand how to properly run a store or the Business 101 concept of happy, paying customers are the bloodline of a profitable business. Don’t waste your time or money. There’s a Pizza Hut and Papa Johns in the same vicinity.

Don’t bother ordering here. Most employees I speak to are nice, but the manager Ian is a real piece of work. Didn’t even get to try their pizza, so I can’t comment on that. Ian delivered our order and banged on our door so hard and frequent, I honestly was afraid to answer (but I have anxiety anyways so take that with a half grain of salt). Tried asking him to leave the pizza (we ordered contactless), but he insisted I have to open to give a signature. Just sent the pizza back. Ian called me about an hour later to remind me that “contactless” still requires a signature, I said it doesn’t explain that well on the site, he interrupted me with “actually, it says that pretty much everywhere”. Maybe he was just having a bad day too, but honestly the attitude and passive aggressive behavior needs a major check.
