I would like to start by saying I don’t blame the team at this location, they are in Kissimmee so it’s pretty busy and I get that. But someone at this location needs to hire more drivers. It seems like there are only one or two so while the prep team takes only 10 minutes to prep which is pretty good the drivers don’t make it back to the store for another 10 to 15 minutes and then take out so many orders they won’t get to you for another half hour. Good quality pizza and quick made but just go in for carry out, they are understaffed and overworked, help them out.

Yeah I’ve genuinely enjoyed domino’s from this specific location for over a decade and I come in today and notice that everyone who’s handling food can’t stop touching their ears because they’re wearing headphones. So I’ve watched everyone behind the counter that handles food , touch ears and not wash hands after doing so.

I ordered pizza from here and they STOLE MY MONEY!!! I spoke to someone named Tiana and explained that I never received my order and she said she canceled my order!!!! She canceled for me being too far? But then why accept it in the first place? She was very disrespectful and didn’t refund my money! They for sure have a scam going on here! How can you take someone’s money and not pay it back???? Dominoes has a serious issue on hand!

Horrible… order my food at 1:31pm, didn’t get it till 2:54pm. It was only pasta bowl and cheesy bread. Tried calling the store nobody ever picked up the phone. Got the food super cold.

These guys are really bad. Don’t bother ordering from them, they’re always bad at delivering on time. My order sat in the “checking quality” step for an hour. No call to tell me what the issue is, pizza is probably cold, and I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes now. Useless store, you’re better off elsewhere.
