I’m 76 years old I was born and raised in New York City and I ate New York City Pizza practically from birth. They can call us whatever they want but it doesn’t taste anywhere like pizza. It tastes like some dough with miniscule amount of sauce that I can hardly taste and cheese of probably some low quality. The thing that was really funny that I reviewed the chain store pizzas to see what they said before I went to Domino’s which was rated the best by most consumers. And the ratings are all say oh good pizza I ordered it for years. Someone said I like it better than this this or that chain. it’s the best one. Boy if this is the best one I sure hate to taste the worst one. If anyone thinks this is good pizza and you’ve been in your ordering it for years I would never take a reference of a doctor that you thought was good. That would be like signing my death sentence. It’s a waste of money

Terrific and friendly employees. I was having trouble ordering my food cuz I was un sure on what I wanted at at that moment . they told me about the specials going on at the time. And helped me tremendously. I would definitely recommend the store to my family and friends.

It’s good, fast, and cheap. Removed a star because they need to be more careful with ingredients. The last few times, my pepperoni pizza has had either the taste of bacon or peppers on it in spots. Since those aren’t on the pizza, seems like juices from different ingredients either end up spilled on the pizza, or mixed in with other ingredients.

GOING DOWN HILL. Been getting pizza’s for years from here. Sure prices have gone up, but no excuse for the quality drop seen today. Barely any toppings at all, including cheese! Basically circular bread. Go to the new Papa Johns, this place is only getting worse.

I took off a star for missing items to my order and service– I called in and spoke with Michael, and the immediate response was for the items to just be credited. Like wait what? What is the point of me being credited if I intentionally ordered those items. He said he would have a driver sent out was not at all apologetic not that I cared at this point. I called back, and spoke with the manager: Jason, who seemed to be a bit more receptive toward the constructive criticism. The driver, Ryan, was awesome and followed delivery instructions. Not sure who packed or checked the order, but they could def use some additional training. Otherwise food and delivery 5 stars!

Worst business experience ive had in ahwile, tried to call to ask about missing item, actions of the driver. Call was answered by said driver who was incredibly rude and told me I was incorrect about what I ordered? Gave him the benifit of the doubt at first but upon checking in addition to how incredibly rude he was on the phone,will not order from here again, thanks shawn

Ordered a pizza with light sauce, but when I lifted a slice there was so much sauce the toppings slid off. Also ordered a pasta, and accidentally ordered Alfredo sauce, not sure how as double checked before adding it to the cart. Went back and they fixed it for me, so appreciate that. Crew there was working hard and doing a great job! Would give 5 stars but when I called to talk about the issue I was out on hold for over 20 minutes. I was on hold as I drove back and still on hold when I got there.

This store is guaranteed to get your order wrong. We stopped ordering from this store because something was always wrong with our order. We thought we’d give it ago this evening and our pizzas were wrong AGAIN. To too top it off the Manager, Alex, was rude when we called them to tell them about our order being wrong. We would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this Dominoes.
