No more dominos pizza for us. Ordered 3 brooklyn style hand stretched pizzas , and there wasn’t any dough in the middle of the pies , just cheese stuck to box thrown in . I Called on 8/18/23 at 5:30 , and talked with so called store manager she claimed , only woman working at the time. She said I don’t want them back , come in 30 minutes for new ones, we got there , she refused to look at pictures of pies that we received ,shes very rude , they weren’t even in the oven yet. So I said just give me back my money. While I was there the at&t guy next door came in and asked her to move some of the dominos cars very nicely out of there store front spots, and she went off on him , yelling out a&t is being pissy with me again, and laughing at him. She should be fired for disrespecting dominos customers, neighbors in the plaza and ruining dominos reputation.

Horrible, horrible, and once again horrible. Ordered 2 pizzas on Mother’s Day. Didn’t inspect pizzas at the store. Got home, opened, and both pizzas were burnt. We can’t eat that! Called this location to explain the situation. They offered to be remade. Which I said I was ok with. There was no apology offered. The employees couldn’t be bothered. When I received the pizza, it was better than the one I got before. I voiced my opinion about the burnt pizza. I was told that this was normal, showed the guy at the counter the picture of the pizza, they told me again this is normal. Again no apology. I also said that I get pizza from domino’s (different location)all the time, and I know what it’s supposed to look like. And i said the customer service i received was Horrible, which I Was told that if I don’t like their customer service there I can go to my old domino’s location. Wow ! Just wow. Im so disappointed as this location is brand new and very close to my house. But im definitely not returning ever. Thanks for running my mother’s day.

I had pizza and a few other things delivered to my workplace last night at about 8pm, and it all tasted fine.. but as of today, me and at least one of my coworkers got food poisoning from it. We are both really feeling it today, and all I can say is “it ain’t fun.”

Not sure what happened today because my pizza has always been good from here. Today it took over an hour to get pizza from less than 2 miles away and box was crushed and it was cold!!! This is unacceptable for (1) pizza that cost $25. I guess I need to find a new place

Came in half the time, was super fresh/warm, and the delivery driver was so sweet. Coming from NY I was pleasantly surprised by my Brooklyn pizza. Of course not exact, but the sauce to cheese ratio was on point. I prefer thin crust and love dominos crust. The garlic twists were amazing and although my buffalo chicken. Was burnt, I prefer it that way so im one happy customers with 5 happy kids, and an extremely happy mom with no energy to cook for the hurricane that were my kids today. Thanks so much

45 minutes for a single pizza and bread twist. Very frustrating after a long day, sitting in the parking lot for 10+ minutes over expected time wasn’t fun. Almost cancelled my order.

I’ve had positive experiences with this location in the past, however not at all lately. I love the handmade pan pizza when it’s made the way I order it. They never put enough sauce. So my last order, I asked for extra sauce. Not sure who the dyslexic pizza cook is, but I received the most dry, tasteless garbage I’ve ever gotten. I emailed the corporate website twice with zero response. What a total customer service FAIL. I understand times are tough, but you order a pizza for delivery, maybe a dessert, and after tax, the rediculous delivery fees plus driver tip, you’re in for nearly $50 bucks! I’ll be passing on this place going forward. They sure as hell are not worth that much.
