I have never written a Google review but we had a large order yesterday before 12 PM for 50 pizzas and this team was great! Toby made sure to get my order and showed up the next day that he was scheduled off to ensure there was enough hands on deck. Big shout out to the crew there on Saturday, May 27th. I showed up at the last minute in the afternoon to order 10 pizzas for my daughter’s birthday and was a very special one. The staff was super friendly and welcomed the order, got me in and out in less than 30 minutes to get the party fed. Thank you, guys! Every pie was fresh and perfectly made.

Two Chicken sandwiches to learn they put no meat on their chicken specialty sandwiches. I won’t do this again. One small chicken strip split down the middle. One small strip wow, doesnt come close to filling the bread. This is a cheese sandwich.Not at these prices and I tip. RIP OFF!!

Had a unfortunate experience today with Dominos. I ordered on line as I always do – was given a window of time for pick up 5:53pm to 6:03pm. We arrived at 6:07 and they had not even started the order yet and it would be yet another hour. I asked why I did not get a notifications or email about the delay. The replied “well you could have kept an eye on the tracker” Yeah that is what I do order something on online and stay glued to my phone. Really….

I placed my order online as I always do. I immediately received a call from the GM himself. He stated that delivery times were running up to 2 hours. I was like “oh wow, why?” Valid question. He proceeds to get offensive and snarks back “uh, we only have one driver and tons of orders. That’s why.”I explained that he didn’t have to be so rude especially as a GM. No sorry for the time. Just rudeness. I understand things happen and they were shorthanded. But his attitude was totally unprofessional. I then get an email requesting for my rating. I gave 1 star. Not even 5 mins later my phone rings. It’s the general manager himself confronting me on my rating. I told him he was unprofessional and rude. He then tells me I am rude and hangs up on me. Maybe sir if you spent the time you spent harassing me, actually helping your employees then maybe you could get more deliveries completed. I have been in the industry for 20 years. Never would i ever call a customer that I personally upset after rating us 1 star to further harrass them. called corporate already. They are closed until monday. I will most definitely be calling again monday. You are very aggressive sir. I dont appreciate you calling my phone to confront me on your unprofessional tactics. Bless you and have a great day!

I got the new tots from dominos in Parrish FL and it was highly disappointing soggy tasted stale barely warm. Waste of money tots are supposed to have a crunch and be hot and this order was neither of them. Tasted stale no flavor barely any topping on it
