Been ordering from the North Fort Myers location for a year since moving to the area, go online, choose delivery, it tells me this location is my delivery location as always, place order, send, receive order confirmation, bank account gets charged and then I get a text 10 minutes later telling me my order was cancelled by them.

Disgusting. Under cooked food. No one work gloves. The pizza cutter is left out at room temperature and wiped off on a piece of metal or a dirty towel before they cut the pizzas. Workers with open sores on their legs. Just gross.

Ordered 3 pizzas at 11:40 pm, watching the pizza tracker pizzas where being quality inspected at 11:59 pm. Out for delivery noticed driver heading in opposite direction. Called store was informed he had another stop. After that stop he was heading back this way but passed where he should have gone. Found out that he actually had 2 deliveries before mine. Now it’s 12:48 am, over an hour to get pizza and over 45 minutes to make delivery. Told driver I was not impressed and not happy, I thanked him for the cold pizzas, he said they are still hot. Well the boxes were hot the pizza was Luke warm at best and the x-large most of the topping had slid to the side. I am not a Dominos Pizza fan but it’s what my Nefews wanted. This whole ordeal is why I never buy Dominos and never will again. Oh the pizza wasn’t even that good, but that could be because it was cold.

This has been my local Domino’s for 7 years and I can always count on them to deliver a good meal! UPDATE: i spoke to soon. I placed an order for pick up to save all the delivery fees. And the order is being remade because it was messed up. But ususally Drivers are always super nice. Food is cooked to perfection! I’ve only had a problem once and they solve the issue right away. Keep up the good work Charles and Dave!

Her we go again. I ordered pizza some short time ago and my pizza was delivered to another house left on their Lanai and then brought to me when I called and complained i was like nope.. i need a new hot pizza.
