I have never in my LIFE experienced such poor customer service from someone who is supposed to be position as a manager. Today there was a big misunderstanding between me and the manager on duty at the time (who refused to give me his name.) He hung the phone up on me twice while I was calling in effort to explain the misunderstanding. I have ordered from this location numerous times. After today I will never again give this location a penny. The only reason why I didn’t give 1 star is because I spoke with Jason who tried his best to make the situation right. I have never been so upset to the point where I’m in tears because of an experience that I had with a company. I am disgusted

The only positive thing I can say about my order with this domino’s was the very friendly woman with the Donny Darko rabbit tattoo on her arm the check me out.I still can’t believe when you call to place an order you don’t speak with someone at the store because they outsource that for some ridiculous reason and the pizza was terrible.

I love the food but one thing got me ordering from the competitor instead. I placed an order over the phone, and the order was misplaced, so when I went to pick it up, they put in the order for the same exact items but at a different price. Nearly $10 cheaper.

Dishonest pricing. They’re the only location here that charges you more based on what toping you select, turning a 8.99 deal pizza into a 14 dollar pizza. Do yourself a favor and get it from a different location. There are many nearby.
