We had the worst pizza ever. It was an extra large Brooklyn style pizza with many toppings. It was overcooked and, to top it off, it was cold when it arrived. They substituted a chicken caesar salad for a garden salad and the lettuce was so brown that it was inedible. I went to the web site to register a complaint and they offered two solutions. 80 “points” on their mobile app or a 20% discount on my next order. Like I’m ever gonna order again! Worst experience ever!

I have never been treated so disrespectfully or rudely in my life as I was here. I visit this store 5-6 a month and never had an issue or problem until last Sunday night. I won’t post her name here but she was totally out of line. Don’t know who owns this store but they won’t be getting any more of my business until or unless this person is gone. Never been more angry at a place of business as I was then.

Ordered 2 medium thin crust pizzas, the philly cheese steak and the deluxe. Both were excellent, delivery was perfect also! I dont know what every is complaining about, but this is my first order in Auburndale, and it was consistent with all other Dominos.

My friend ordered 7 large pizzas and 1 stuffed bacon jalapeno bread. 6 brooklyn and 1 thin crust. The whole order was wrong. One pizza wasn’t even cut. My friend called and they said they would remake their whole order. When I picked up the pizza, the manager gave me one pizza and said that is all we told her about when I heard my friend tell her all the things that were wrong. I find iut they didn’t even put jalapenos on the stuffed bread. When I got back with the pizza they remade, they gave me ranch instead of alfredo sauce. I called the store and talked to the manager lied to me, telling me that it is alfredo and not ranch, even when my friend tried it and he said it was ranch. I will never order from this store again.

I rarely post negative reviews, but I’m extremely disappointed with Dominos in Auburndale. I placed an order for delivery at 7pm (cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, and boneless wings). My order comes pretty quick at 7:45. I see 3 boxes so I assumed (silly me) that the order would be correct.

After waiting an hour for my food to move from quality check to delivery, I called to find out they are short handed on drivers and there would be a 3 hour wait. I received attitude from the person that answered the phone and the manager. After finally receiving my food, it was cold and the sandwich had green peppers and onions on which I requested to not be put on. I ordered standard crust and got this crust with I don’t know what on. Never order from them unless you want a cold screwed up order

First pizza we got there was pretty good, but ever since… I’ve not been impressed. Low topping counts. Staff isn’t very friendly either. Sad to say, I prefer Pizza hut.
