I feel like this Dominoes is like the only pizza place we will order from. They know myself and husband when we walk in the door. Service is very fast & the staff is welcoming. I ordered a large thin crust. I opened the box and the pizza was very badly burned. See photo. Took it back to store to show manager… He looked at it and said “Whats wrong with it”. He acted like it was ok to him. He said that after all, I did oder thin and crispy. The pieces that were not burnt black were so dried out, we were not going to swallow any of it. I asked the manager why his employee would take that pizza out of the oven, place it in a box and cut it up, then feel it’s ok to serve to a customer looking like it did. The manager said that shouldn’t have happened. The tone on his voice changed and I could tell he was giving me lip service. He gave me a full refund and said he would make sure that my next pizza was perfect. I said “what makes you think I and going to order another?”

I always order pizza from you guys because that’s the only pizza my daughter eats. I ordered pasta and 2 pies and couldn’t bring it home because you didn’t want to take a $50 bill. I’ve been in the food industry for years!! And I can’t comprehend how you let a customer walk out the door without their food because you don’t want to break a 50! Food goes to waste and I’m taking my business somewhere else, manager is doing a great job at this location!!

While the California Bacon Ranch XL pizza was done to perfection being well done and a side of garlic bread sticks were great…if your on the opposite side if this highway..after 4pm it’s gonna be impossible and dangerous to get across to this domino’s! .

I place a delivery order and 45 min later a receive a call from driver letting me know my food was place in the door. I went to the door food was not there and I try to explain to her where is my apt and try to get information to go to the building where she left it and take it, the driver was extremely rude, she told me to call the store if I have a problem and hang up in my face. I can’t the store and manager was also rude saying that the only thing she can do is recent the order a hour later with the same driver. I ask for a refund and ask to please make sure her driver has more manners and manager give me also attitude and hang up on my face as well. Please order from somewhere else. You will get your pizza cold or not getting at all. Plus your money will be refunded 3-5 day after.

My food was great totaling 22 and change! I wish I never tipped because the driver seemed so ungrateful and didn’t even say thank you plus she took an extra dollar when I already gave her 4$ for the tip which is more the generous then when I was going to say something she was Gone! Ordered a thin and Krispy krust with extra sauce pepperoni sausage and I ordered the salad sup to the crust was fthe sausage taste weird it reminds me of chicken gizzards at the salad was fine I don’t think they put the extra sauce on the pizza that I requested we probably won’t be ordering there again

First time ordering from this location and will be the last. Over cooked (burned) pizza and wings Had to rise them to eat them. All the pizza crust was discarded because it was burned and dried, pizza in the middle wasn’t all that great because it was also dry. Wings where good but way too much BBQ sauce that we had to rise with water to eat. Delivery was fast and order was complete in a timely matter. Pizza has a ZERO, worse pizza I’ve had.
