Pizza took over two hours to come arrived stone cold and sopping with grease. I’ve called the restaurant over 10 times in the past two weeks and they agreed to give me a refund. We are now two weeks after the delivery date and I still haven’t received the refund. I’ve probably spent two hours on the phone speaking to people. Every time I call and speak to the manager, they tell me that they reached out to their district manager, and no one ever gets back to me. Avoid this location at all costs.

I forget her name but whoever I spoke with on the phone and in person is lovely! They were swamped from the 50% off and it took a while for us to get our pizza. I called to ask if I could pick it up and she gave me a free coupon to my account and offered me a drink, sauces, etc and made sure it was hot and ready when my boyfriend and I got there! I hope she has a lovely night she is awesome 🙂

Do NOT order from this Domino’s. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I had to finish cooking my two pizzas at home because both pizzas I ordered were barely cooked and doughy, despite asking for them to be cooked well done. I also ordered loaded tots and they were soggy and nearly cold. I tried calling the store multiple times to speak with someone however the phone was never answered before disconnecting the call. Save yourself the disappointment and either make a DiGiorno or order a pizza from literally ANYWHERE else.

This makes no sense. My daughter order a pizza 2 hours ago. We tried calling and no one answered after an hour so we decided to do a drive by. The sign says open because it’s 1:28 am & they close at 2am. Lights are on but no one is there. This is unacceptable I give zero stars but I have to pick at least one to post

I’ve been here twice and the pizzas were fast and we’re well made with that classic dominoes flavor. personally I think they taste much better then pricey pizza places. The pizza sauce they use has so much flavor. I’ll be back.

Guys, I have worked in this industry for many years it is not easy, especially with short staff during a really good promo. I watched everyone, and I am a little disappointed that some of the staffing were not following proper handing washing. As busy as it is clean hands are a must if you don’t wear gloves. Also no one was wearing NAME TAGS how am I able to give credit where credit is due. To the guy with the backwards visor. Amazing really good at delegating tasks during a busy time and making the time to mentor. The pizza was really delicious. I haven’t order Domino’s in a long time due to past issue.

Absolutely the worst pizza experience I have ever had. Took over 40 minuets to deliver my meal after the notification that the driver had left. It’s only a 5-8 minute drive from the Dominoe’s to my house. When the food arrived, everything was cold. I don’t mean not hot, or warm…no everything was cold. like it had all been sitting out for several hours. On top of all that, the five-cheese dip that we ordered had been burnt and condensed to a hard layer of oily resin with tiny bubbles solidified into it. How does something like that even get sent out of the kitchen? I tried twice to call the store but both times, I stayed on hold without answer for nearly 10 minutes each time. I never did get to speak to anyone.
