ABSOLUTE WORST DOMINOS IVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. I ORDER MY PIZZA AT 6:17, ESTIMATED TIME WAS 6:47-6:57 I WAIT IN THE PARKING LOT UNTIL 8:02 AFTER BEINF TOLD MY PIZZA IS NEXT 3 DIFFERENT TIMES!! GO BACK INSIDE AND MY PIZZA HADNT EVEN BEEN PUT IN THE OVEN YET!! 2 HOURS OF WAITING FOR MY FOOD I PAYED FOR JUST TO GET A REFUND AND GO HOME HUNGRY!! WORDS CANT DESCRIBE FRUSTRATION!! Lost my order ,waited over an hour, tried to talk with manager. I was hung up on serval times. When I did talk to a person I got different voices and different excuses. Placed order at call center when I called their local number and was given a conformation number. Also they took my phone number and address and payment info when I ordered. I was told to just call around to find my order by one of the voices at this location. Also, was told to call and cancel payment at my bank. They could not help me!!!! Very unprofessional !!!

We love the pizza, but after coming from the oven, it sat in the store for 30 minutes. Then, it took another 30 minutes because of multiple deliveries to get here. So it was an hour out of the oven, then we had to warm it up. We enjoyed leftover pizza near 8:00 pm. Order was placed about 6:20 pm 1/10/23.

I was served a pizza that was burned and disgusting looking. When I took it back in, the manager was Rude and laughed about the situation. Beware, check your pizzas before you drive off. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

My wife ordered two pizzas and was told it would be about 40 minutes so she went to the car to wait. After 50 minutes she went inside to check and was told sorry we are behind 2 hours but we’ll bring it out when it is ready. After waiting an hour and a half she went inside to cancel and low and behold the pizza was on the shelf and nobody brought it out as promised. She asked to speak with the manager and the manager was like well you got your pizza so what do you want from me? Manager should find a new career in something other than customer service!
