Took 20 minutes to deliver a pizza after i paid express and they are less than 10 minutes away, box came crushed and half the pizza was stuck to the lid. tater tots were soggy and cold also. don’t waste your time at this place.

Best dominos location in the area. The Brooklyn pizza style was perfect and had so much Alfredo sauce on it. Got to meet a fellow Greek and the nice staff tonight. Will be eating this pie will jamming to Glykeria with some ozou to wash it down.

Nothing like a pizza sitting on the heater rack for almost an hour before they deliver – I live 5 minutes away. So the pizza is barely warm and not hot. I complained and got a free pizza, but yep, again, 40 mins on the rack and the ETA keeps slipping. From now on, I’m going to Marco’s

Don’t understand whats happening at this location. Last time they never started our online order, once they did it came out wrong. My carry out experience turned into 45 min wait. Today, called in order for my “makeup” free pizza, was super clear and nice about it, and they screwed it up again. Said they’d remake, and didn’t start it so I walked in. Started to make it with wrong toppings. Another 45 min carry out experience. Used to get Dominos regularly but I can’t go through this again!

I placed an order around 10:15 pm, and by about 10:40 it was ready to go. Great! Wonderful domino’s, thank you. Except it is currently 11:28 pm and the expected delivery is past midnight. I don’t blame the drivers, there’s only so much you can do. But whoever the manager is? Find a new line of work. Maybe huffing paint is more up your alley. If you don’t have the drivers, don’t offer delivery. I would have happily driven there myself.

I have been ordering pizza and food from here for about 3 years and usually they are pretty good with the orders but recently it’s been kinda sketchy. This is one example of a large double pepperoni with banana peppers on half. They literally put ten little pieces of banana peppers on the pizza I mean come on really I couldn’t even cover two pieces with that.

I ordered food this evening. After a hour of the food still not arriving I went to the tracker to see where my order was at. This is when I see my order was canceled. I called into the dominos store where my order was placed. This is when Shawn answered and said my ordered was canceled due to running out of ingredients to make the pizza. I said this is extremely unprofessional, I never received a phone call (you have to put your phone number when placing a delivery) or even a email my order was canceled! It’s after 7pm now and myself and my children have not ate and we just got home from evacuating from the hurricane. He said well we did call coke customers and apparently your call never went though. I asked for a gift card in the amount of my order and he said no he can’t do that. I than asked for corporates number and he refused to give it to me and than said bye-bye (in a very sarcastic voice) and hung up on me. I get it, this is domino’s but what has happened to customer service or common sense. If you’re out of ingredients how about call the customer and ask if they’d like a different toppings or to order something different. I WILL never order again from this domino’s. This store is seriously a joke! The manager of this restaurant should be VERY proud of their employees! Especially Shawn!
