Horrible Customer service. I placed an order and it showed delivered. Waited 15 mins no one showed up. Called the store 35+ mins waiting and no one picked up. Decided to go to the store, the phone was still ringing. The manager Ashley/Anna was no help at all. She wanted us to wait for the driver to get the pizza that had been inside the car for more than an hour. She didn’t even offer new pizzas that were freshly made. I asked her why she didnt get the phone which would take no more than 5 mins and she said she just coulnt it. If i could give then -0 star i would. Overall very bad bad experience.

I had no other choice then to order from this location, I order a medium pizza at 8:35, it is now 9:23 and still no pizza. I called but they refuse to answer my call. They only get one star because I had to select one, other wise it would have been no star. I do not recommend.

This is the worst dominos store out there. I ordered the chicken taco pizza on four occasions and they managed to mess it up every time. The first one they let the pizza fall and all of the toppings were to one side. The next time they burnt it, the next put spicy buffalo sauce which we couldn’t eat it.

Order pizza delivery Monday night, paid online including the tip. The tip was not added to the receipt according to the driver so I addeded the tip again. Well I received the wrong pizza. Call the store waz told bring the pizza back and they’ll fix it. Told the store no I want a refund. Was told refund would be issued. Today no refund has been issued and the new price, with the tip I added with the driver is being deducted.

I give them one star for cleanliness of the restaurant and the second star for remaking my order. I have had the issue of them messing up my order 2 times or more. I’m not sure if they disregard the order instructions on the screen or they’re just that busy that they simply overlooked what’s going on. Whether I’m placing my order online for delivery or for pick up inside the store the seems they can never get it right. I would definitely look for another Domino’s restaurant because this franchised Domino’s does not deserve my business.

Ordered from them and an hour later i get a message they cancelled my order. Now they wont answer the phone. I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes. Just keeps ringing. Literally terrible location and my money hasnt gotten returned yet.
