horrible experience, the order took 2 hrs. to get to the house, when it finally arrived, (after several calls to Domino’s), the food was old, not hours old, days old. As you can see in the pictures, scarce meat and cheese, and everything else we order was old and cold. The only good thing was the Fanta. My family has always been loyal to Domino’s, not anymore, they just lost 7 clients.

Had a long shift working at the hospital and all I was craving was some pizza. Ordered from this Domino’s and what I got was nothing resembling a pizza. The driver couldn’t follow directions to my apartment, even after I explained to him 3x the directions. I had to meet him outside because he was still lost. When I opened the pizza box, this is what I received. I called and called the store but no one answered. I finally called the driver to let him know the situation. He said he would bring it up the managers attention, then bring me a replacement. 1.5 hrs later and almost 11pm, I still didn’t have my order. Worst pizza- a 5 year old can make a better pizza than this! Never ordering from this location again.

Disgusting! I wasn’t able to enjoy my pizza. It was hard and burn. This pizza seems like it was reheated. I have called the store to complain and no one answers the phone. They picked up and all you hear is the background noise. Ridiculous! Never ordering from here again. I still can’t believe I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone.

I placed an order online. My pizza was undercooked and so was my pasta. The chicken, bacon ham were cold and did not seem safe to eat. I called Domino’s and explained the issues with the food. PLEASE do NOT order from this location. Last night was my second time eating from this location and both horrible experiences. The first, months ago, had the worst tasting cheese and raw dough. But last night, the pizza arrived two hours late and the food was so cold. I felt so bad for my parents who work so hard during the week to enjoy a night in and spent their hard earned money on this horrible food. well unfortunately i have to put 1 star, the service in this store is horrible the manager defends her negligence saying they don’t have Personnel and all the Problems is due to mal functionalities of the app. even the phone number on app for the store isn’t the right one, i experienced more than 3 issues with this Store the last one they mark my pizza delivery i tried call the store to find out what happened with my delivery and they don’t have a clue so several minutes later the driver shows up in the store saying he spoke with Pemig (my name) and supposedly i said i dint ordered a pizza. then a said nice to meet you i don’t believe is two persons in the world with my name, and i have to ask for the cancelation of the delivery fee. so, if you want a pizza don’t order from this store

Just giving it stars as a courtesy. Ordered and was told it was going to be 45 Minutes. Took over 1::15 minutes.. O.K.
