Called to place a big order for my organization, and the representative (Carlos) on the phone when I called at 4:27 was hesitant to give me his name. I assured him that it was just for me to ensure that I had it on file in case I needed to make any updates. He was very reluctant and began to give me attitude when I asked another representative if he would not transfer me. I am currently waiting on hold for about 15 minutes. Worst service I have ever had.

I used to love ordering from here, the staff was great, manager Brian was super efficient. Today it took almost an hour to receive. Luis which was the person who did the quality check, murdered the cheese pizza with the slices, put sauce when I specifically said put no sauce. Garlic rolls were almost dry… wow has the service declined since I he change in managers. Driver was super nice. Luis needs to either quit or learn how to read. See pictures

It was a carryout order, I ordered 8 wings and medium pizza. The pizza was great, but the wings looked raw and plain. I ordered wings with spicy sauce and in the box it was just the wings with a line drizzle of sauce on the wings. Contacted the store and the manager was completely rude and stating that he did it correctly and they aren’t going to compensate for the issue. Beware of this dominoes

We ordered online and it showed delivered but we never got our food. We kept calling the store’s number but they kept on picking up and hanging up. My boyfriend drove to the location and saw the employees pick up and hang up the phone calls. They had our food there but it was closed. When my bf asked what happened, the supposed driver said he drove to us and dropped off our food which was a complete lie because our order was AT THE STORE STILL. We asked for our money back because this is the most horrible service ever and we technically never got our food delivered, the worker said they can reimburse us but then stopped and said that our order was showing that it was delivered. Now I’m not sure if the workers are actually on the spectrum or if they’re trying to scam us because they can clearly see that WE DROVE TO THEM AND HAD TO PICK UP THE ORDER OURSELVES. Never ever ever order from this place unless you’re okay with waiting 2+ hours for your food that you’ll have to pick up yourself which by that point the food will already be cold. If I could give negative stars I would.

Stay away from this store. It is getting one star because Google does not allow to give none. I ordered 2 pizzas, and the store mixed up the topping. Moreover, the pizza felt like elastic. I called and requested to speak to manager only to be put on hold without a response. In sum, a typical Miami’s “screw the customer” take out.

Decent fast food pizza, bread and wings, but not as good as most places in the area. However, the pizza was not cut through all the way, had to slice at home. Cheese dip was way too oily, chicken wings sauce was not spread on all at all, just drizzled on a little. Workers don’t wear gloves when at all, fingernails all in the food handling dough, toppings, etc.
