We are surprised to see bad reviews about this Domino’s location we have been ordering from them for a long time and never had any problems. Accurately follow our online orders, delivery is on time and fast, delivery people very nice. Last order we were with covid and wrote instructions for No Contact, just knock and leave pizza outside, not only was thiis done but he went above and beyond by waiting in his car to make sure we opened the door and got the pizza. Kudos for this Domino’s and its people!

I received terrible service at this location. Half of my pizza didn’t have green peppers that I paid for. When I asked to speak to the manager, I actually witnessed Elbo Camacho tell another young worker to go handle the situation. He didn’t even have the courtesy to come talk to me or atleast look at the pizza. The young worker then proceeded to ask me if I ordered extra peppers. I said no I didn’t order extra peppers. I was hoping to receive the regular amount. The young worker stated that this is the regular amount. So I asked no peppers on half of my pizza is the regular amount?

I am so disappointed in the service and the pizza. I have ordered a pan pizza from them before and it was good. Tonight, the service was terrible – got a notice that my pizza was delivered and it wasn’t. Called the store and they didn’t know what to do. Pizza arrived a few minutes later and the dough was doughy and not cooked through. Called to tell them and they told me because the bottom was “done” that that is how it was supposed to be. I make bread! I know when dough hasn’t risen and is not done all the way through. I cannot believe they argued with a customer and without actually looking at the pizza could determine over the phone that it was done. Don’t waste your money. Rude people and gross pizza.

DON’T buy Pizza from this Domino’s. It is the worst store in the Country. These skimp on toppings to the EXTREME and will DO NOTHING to take care of a customer complaint. My order didn’t come complete and additionally they sent the wrong pizza. They refused to refund for the missing items and the wrongly sent pizza. The manager, says her name was Mariana, had no customer service skills, didn’t even say I’m sorry for this and you are right to be upset. They sent the missing items I’m sure spit on so to the garbage they will go. The worst, will never order from here again. No wonder it has bad reviews. I will tell anyone and everyone I talk to about how terrible this place is and how bad the customer service is

Not sure what happened here, place used to be good but recently every single order comes extremely late and cold and wrong. Maybe it’s a new manager? I don’t know because any time I try to contact this store I get no answer or some rude person hangs up on me, and ive tried contacting corporate multiple times with no luck. This is the second time this as happened at this location but it will be the last time I order from here. I always order thin crust pizza but on this occasion I let the gentleman behind the corner see that part of it had been over cooked. His response was “the oven be real hot”. Disappointed with that response I left with my order. I will try a different location next time in hopes they have better service.

I was just at this domino’s Pizza to pick up an order I made online and I was baffled to see that NO ONE was wearing gloves. I literally watched a young girl sprinkle cheese over Parmesan bites without gloves and the main cook was making a pizza without gloves. I’m disgusted never coming back here….
