I tried since 11pm to get some food delivered from a closer location but they couldn’t because they didn’t have enough drivers.I tried this location even though it was further away by 8 miles they were willing to help me if there was something in it for them. I have never been treated like that before. I will try domino’s one more time closer to my home where the only reason they can’t help is due to drivers not rudeness

Great pizzas !. And close to my house . Im the Lucky one . Always on time ,very well cooked . I always select Extravaganza thin crust and they never let me down . SO GOOD !. Excelent team . I never eat in the place becoz is hot outside and sometimes tables and área is not clean at all . Also becoz that área have a lot of restaurants and full of people walking around. But I recomend 100 %

The young lady working at this location today at 5pm, needs an attitude check. I order over the phone for a pick up and when I arrived, they didn’t have my order in the line… no big deal and the gentleman gave me a discount for the inconvenience. He said 7 minute wait… no problem. 15 minutes go by and I ask on an update on the pizza I just ordered. No one else is in the store, and she berates, me saying, she is ‘just one person, and why am I asking!’. Well, reality check, you are serving me! I don’t know the status of my pizza in the back, and if you can’t simply reply with, let me check or let me find out, then you are in the wrong business! The gentleman promptly went to the back and boxed the pizza that just came out of the oven and we both rolled our eyes at her. Clearly he loves working with her just as much as I enjoyed her customer service… The store manager needs to retrain this woman.

Told it would take 1 hour for 2 pizzas which is already a long time… but after 2 hours it still wasn’t delivered and the place had nothing to tell us… we canceled this order…

After not being able to order delivery from my store on 65th and Collins I tried this one and I may never order from any other again. I had the good luck to get a gentleman named Komrom to take my order and help me navigate through the process. He was courteous, helpful, patient and very pleasant! I wish all the customer service folks I have dealt with behaved the same way. Here is my big Thank You! Domino’s keep this one he is a real asset to you.

Wow!! What a completely disaster of management and leadership. I will not blame anyone but corporate should look into this store and revisit – basic- service customer standards and most importantly product quality checks. Unfortunately, all these factors will play in the bottom line of a really good location. Owners heads up!!

This location makes me upset because they charge for toppings that should be included in the price for specials (ex: 1 topping large pizza for $7.99 or 2 topping medium pizzas for $6.99 each). They charge an additional $1 per topping which is nonsense.
