My order was not ready when it was supposed to be. The tracker stated that my order was ready. When I went to go in to pick up my order I had to wait. My order not ready and was done wrong. My mistake for not opening up the box to check it. My daughter wanted pineapples on her pizza. They did not cook the pineapple with the pizza they just threw the pineapples on top of the pizza. I could’ve done that myself!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Understaffed, they don’t answer the phone, rude when they do, I ordered online and they stated the order was delivered, It was not. I try calling the store, 1.5 hours later they still haven’t answered the phone.

The order was fully delivered arrive 2 hours after ordered. Manger Kevin had no care. Then blamed me for not wanting to cook thats its my fault it arrived 2 hours late. When I asked about the missing items Kevin admitted they were in his possession. I requested a refund and he then insisted I bring back the partial order back to them. I told I would not he the cursed me and hung up on me.

If I can give a -5 star I would. I ordered a simple pizza with wings and 2hours later, nothing. I called more than 8 times and no one answered. So I decide to drive down and I see one employee sitting down on his phone and one making pizzas not attending or answering ANY phone calls. When I asked about my pizza the guy behind the window walks out of the door and starts yelling and giving attitude. Extremely unprofessional disgusting place. This domino NEEDS to be shut down or given a better management team.

Should have known from the previous reviews but I didn’t listen. There customer service is the worse. I ordered 3 pizzas and some sides online for delivery. One of the pizzas was my favorite chicken and bacon on pan pizza with garlic parmesan sauce. It was terrible! They didn’t even add any cheese to my pizza and it was a flat chewy under cooked mess. They couldn’t even be bothered to slice the pizza. I called them for support. I explained that my pizza had no cheese and that it was a mess. I spoke to someone who told me that it was not possible and that the manager made my pizza so it had to be correct. Then refused to put a manager on the phone. I called a second time and requested that they redelivery my pizza correctly. I spoke to Dennis who claimed to be the manager and he informed me that they could not replace my pizza. I would need to call the next day, speak to Johnny and he could make that decision then to replace my pizza. Will NEVER order from them again. Just terrible!

How do they have 8 people working and magically we are short staffed? No organization whatsoever waited about 2 hours for delivery, I had to eventually show up and I still got charged 8 dollars for delivery. Someone save this place because I’d rather go/order from down the street.

Complete incompetence, avoid giving this store your hard earned money. Staff on phone was rude and contradictory. Ordered a pizza and wings online. The order went through all phases of the online tracker, through the quality check. After waiting almost an hour the order was canceled. I never got a call from the store, no email, nothing. Had I not checked the tracker, I would not have known. I called the store and the women who answer told me my order was thrown in the trash, didn’t even give me an opportunity to come pick it up. I hope this franchise owner doesn’t mind losing money from his or her incompetent team members throwing food away over a technical issue with the online ordering system. I have no idea if I’ll be refunded or not, terrible service all the way around.

Absolute trash. I ordered from this dominoes yesterday directly from dominoes site and not only did my order take over two hours to get here, but the pizza was disgusting as well. Very little sauce even though I asked for heavy and some of the chicken pieces for the pizza seems to have hard pieces of bone still in it. Another thing, my delivery driver called me several times and I had to direct him to my house?!! Never have I had to do that before and it took him half an hour to get to me even though I live about ten minutes from this location. I would’ve gone to the store for a refund but after reading reviews of the management I decided it would be pointless. Never order from here ever, I’d give zero stars if I could!

After ordering delivery for a small pizza and paying 20.13 the pizza was horrible and I couldn’t eat it. Looks like they have only 1 driver and the guy arrived with my order almost 25 minutes after living the store. Needless to say that the pizza was not only cold but the crust was extremely dry and hard. Impossible to eat. What a disappointment!
