I noticed in the tracker that my pizza was delivered so I looked outside and it was nowhere to be found. I waited a little while since sometimes the tracker is off and after a while, I called the store.. the person that I spoke to today said that I needed to just wait even though it had already been 15 minutes since the tracker showed that my delivery was complete. I then got a phone call from a neighbor in my neighborhood that was five streets away stating that he had my order. He told me that he tried calling the delivery driver who was told to just keep the order the pizza was free. The neighbor then called the store and was told that it was delivered so just keep it. The neighbor then realized my phone number was on the pizza order box and that’s how he called me since we didn’t even know each other. I called the store again in the same person, answered and refuse to let me speak to a manager or get a refund. He was extremely rude to me and told me that it wasn’t their fault because the order was delivered…. Yeah, delivered five streets away from where I live to a neighbor I don’t even know who they were. I filed a complaint with the corporate office and I’ll be disputing the charge on my card. I’ve ordered from this location for many years, and I refuse to order from them again. I’ll make sure that the community is aware of this poor service so that no one orders from them.

This is an example of customer service. I was having a “late” day and needed something quick an easy for lunch. Picked it up walking to the car mostly because of the way I was holding the box it opened enough and most of my pizza fell out. I went back to wash my hands and they made me a new one. I even told them it was probably my fault. Lunch was saved and my day got better!

Driver said they called to let me know the pizza arrived when it did not. Also tried to say they rang the doorbell but did not. Called the store and the person answering the phone was apathetic sent back the same order they allowed to get cold. Driver had an attitude as well
