I had the pleaser of speaking to a young lady named Youliona (probably spelled wrong) today. I was attempting to order delivery and since there is a cap for cash order online I have to call. This is the second time I have spoken to this women and both times she was extremely rude. I would usually cop it up to a bad day but since this is the second time I’ve had to deal with her then I’m now assuming it’s a habit. After every item she rudely asked is that it. Well once I was done I advised her that I have a coupon for a free pizza. She then said in a nasty tone that I should have told her before I ordered. At this point I asked for the manager. Then the girl hung up on me. I work customer support I’m on the phone each day. When I call places I am always extremely nice because of this. I did call back and spoke to the assistant manager which advised me there is nothing she can do as she has complained about this person as well and it’s this girls personality. At this point we well be waiting until she either quits or is let go of her position before ordering again.

It’s a hit and miss. Some days it’s hot and made perfect. Other days it’s a miss, disappointing. They usually come to your door and take out the pizza from their warmer. Today it was delivered without a warmer and it was cold. You have to pick a good day for the best cooks that are preparing the food.

I haven’t been a fan of Domino’s for many years, decades, in fact. I tried them again at this location and decided that this was my new pizza place. I do not like the “point system” that Domino’s uses because you only get points for the first $10 (10 points for $10 or more) that you’re spending (because who only spends $10 buying pizza for the family on a Friday night) instead of points for every dollar spent, but hopefully that will change soon and I wont have to spend time finding a new pizza place. Not considering the points policy, I do like this location. The employees are friendly and seem to be well trained.

The last few reviews had me worried but boy are they wrong. I was able to call in with no problems. Placed my order and was told about 35 minutes. The pizza arrived almost exactly on the expected time and was nothing short of delicious. Delivery driver was exceptionally nice. I will be ordering from here again and will recommend to locals in the area.

Received wrong order called the store manager named Timothy told me these exact works “I’m not sure what you want me to do about it” I offered to take the stuff back myself as long as I receive a refund from delivery he told me “No I can’t take it back the store is closed anyway. You’re just trying to get a free pizza” I corrected him and told him to look at my order history I’ve spent hundreds and never have had not a single complaint. I have a job there’s no reason to want a free filthy pizza he claimed he made. He shut his mouth and applied a credit towards my dominos account. I wouldn’t order from here again, thankfully the credit can be used at other locations.
