A pizza store you can trust! Ordered pizza for our Saturday girl’s night-in fun. I called back because we needed to correct one small detail about the pizza. “Bryce” answered the phone, listened to my concern, and said my remake was already in the oven by “John Lee”. Our driver, “Jason”, returned again with a smile (and the pizza). Girl’s night-in was a hit! They easily corrected the mistake and kept my loyalty and trust to depend on getting exactly what I wanted and ordered. Bravo, men, bravo! Thank you! 🙂

Be careful not to make a small address mistake, because the drivers will be rude to you, even if you apologize. Literally the house next door, and because the Domino’s app’s GPS locator gave me that address – I am short-term renting, so, this is not a place I know well. Despite the first driver being extremely rude (“have a good FREAKING night”) after my apology, and the manager offering the pizza for free and a second one I could also order for free (the manager was very nice, thank you), the second driver was no different (“do you want your food or not?”). This time the address was right. And the prepaid tip was good with the first driver, by the way. The second was the free one.

I ordered delivery and when I received my pizza and I started eating it there was a piece of cardboard under my cheese that I almost ate. I called to tell them and express how upset I was because my child was eating the pizza also, the young man I spoke with told me that I could get a free pizza on my account for next time. When I called the next day to order the pizza they said that I didn’t have a free pizza and it was nothing they could do about it since nobody wrote it down or told them. I usually don’t like to complain but when there is something inedible in my food I feel I have to let them know. The customer service was not good

Good pizza but pretty unorganized. Just about every time I order online. I go to pick up my order and they cant find a print out for the order so cant figure out what is mine. And they always send notifications that it’s ready way before it actually is. Guess that helps them look good on their times. But i go in to pick up when it says it’s ready. And have to wait every time.

I usually order the pasta primavera and occasionally an order of bread sticks. The pasta primavera has been amazing majority of the time. There was two occasions were there was hardly any vegetables in it. The cheese breadsticks are always hot and perfect. The staff is friendly, especially the young girl with the light blue eyes who is short. She always remembers my name and has my order ready when I come in. I wish they wore name tags so I could address her name. Overall, I’ve been ordering from dominos more than any other pizza place. They’ve really stepped up the quality of their food.

I would leave zero stars if I could. It is very clear that their curbside pickup and delivery are their priority. I will never step foot in there again. I walked in to place a carryout order. They said it would take 30 minutes. I walked in at 35 minutes to pick up my order and the lady told me it would be at least another 30 minutes. They had 5 other orders in front of mine and haven’t started my order yet. I asked if I could cancel and she said no but I can give you a complementary brownie for your wait. I said I would not like a brownie and I guess I’ll just have to wait and went back out to my car. I came in 30 minutes later to get my order and she said she thought I cancelled my order because I went outside. It’s tiny in there so I didn’t want to wait inside. I will say she did apologize and immediately started making my order but it was nasty. It was super greasy, the crust was soggy and the pizza wasn’t even cut enough to eat. I had to recut it at home. It took an hour and 20 minutes to get my carryout order. If they would have been honest with me, and told me an hour, I would have declined and not placed the order. It wasted so much of my time. She did offer again to give me a drink or desert, which I do appreciate the offer, I just wanted my pizza in a reasonable amount of time and honesty. I expect over an hour with delivery but not with a carryout order. I do not recommend ever placing a carryout order from this store. Hopefully your pizza will taste better than mine was.
