Spoke to 3 different people 3 different times. No one seemed to know what was going on or why our pizza wasn’t arriving. We ordered at 8:12 and finally canceled at 10:40 bc it was just going in the oven and would be another 30-45min after that. 3 hours is absurd to wait on a pizza. Open another store or hire more people and do better.

My pizza took 3hrs and when I called they told “we’re understaffed” it’s shows how money hungry they are. Why are you taking more orders than you can handle? Ended upgiving my kids something else to eat as their bedtime passed and still no pizza! Waste of time and money!

Ordered pizza for a birthday party, delivery guy Doug, came 30 minutes later than the delivery time agreed, with a belligerent behavior in front of my guest, raising his voice at me, demanding for me to pay cash when I already had paid over the phone and demanding a tip for services. He was extremely rude, some of my guest say they would not likely order for this place. I even gave him a 20 dollar tip. If management wants to reach out to me and make this right. I will adjust my rating.

I placed my order at 10:55 and the manager said he tried to call me back to confirm I ordered. Never received a call, he just canceled my order for pickup cause it was too late for him it seems. I tried to place my order for delivery instead and he hung up on me. Rude and poor customer service

Horrible Service! Basic cheese pie ordered. When we opened the box is was missing cheese. Called the store and rude women stated…The cheese is correct…we weigh it!
