I don’t even have it in my soul to bring fire and brimstone down on this Domino’s like I want to, so I’m going to be very concise. Fire your entire staff and rehire competent people who actually want to work. If you need help in teaching how to run an efficient and successful restaurant, please feel free to reach out and I can provide that service. Ordered a pizza, charged my bank account, pizza never delivered. Called the store, waited on hold forever. Spoke to someone just to be told they can’t find any of my info. Put on hold again for a long period of time. They are now saying it didn’t go through. Yet the money came out of the bank account. Now I have to jump thru hoops to try to dispute the charge with the bank. Absolutely ridiculous.

West Michigan Ave Location is the most stingiest with their cheese. If you see more tomato sauce then cheese there is a problem. If I would have known I could upload pictures there would be some. Employees should wear GLOVES. Went to pick up my order and there was a woman eating right by the toppings, then makes a pizza. Not sanitary at all.

Absolutely disgusting. Pizza order was placed at 5:05, order was ready at 5:30, and pizza proceeded to sit on the counter/in an unwarmed environment for 30 minutes, before being finally out for delivery and took another 20 minutes to reach me from a store less than 10 minutes away at the time of 6:20. A full hour and a half after the order was placed. Pizza arrived cold to the touch, and overbaked. Extra sauce was nowhere to be found, and driver was rude/short. Had he been polite, a tip would’ve been given(and I tip generously). Honestly, avoid this store at all costs. Just go with Hungry Howies right down the road, or Papa Johns further up the street. Both treat you way better, deliver faster, and have better quality control.

I would actually give it a 0 if I could. Have never had a problem with Dominoes until last night. Was notified my pizza was getting quality checked at 10:37 and never received any notification it was out for delivery until they showed up at my door at 11:45… like THIS. The delivery man apologized & said he was the only one doing deliveries last night, but still. There’s absolutely no reason for this. I could’ve got past the late delivery but to open the box to this is completely out of line. It was completely un edible.

They admitted that their system messed something up when I paid cash in store and was later notified of a credit card charge for that same online order I’d intentionally abandoned due to my impatience with the time it was taking to do it when 1 call would have it ordered and n the oven in 5 minutes. Well, by my observation, phone orders aren’t taken in store these days. They’re rerouted, outsourced for someone else to type online for you and there is no human contact or communication between calls and store employees so, things that would normally not happen can happen. Things like being unknowingly charged on my credit card on an incomplete online order but, also paying for it in cash ending up paying for 2 separate orders for the exact same order. I called the number for the actual store and the night manager hadn’t experienced a situation such as this before so she went to fetch the gentleman who then helped me out with this issue. Please forgive me sir, as I cannot remember your name, I believe it was James my apologies! He handled it by way that the $ was to be returned to my credit card and a credit for that same charge put on the books in my name. I haven’t seen it returned to my credit card as of yet but that takes 5-7 business days. These 2 managers handled my situation very professionally while staying friendly and polite, even with the frustrations of today’s technology and the changes we are all learning to constantly adapt to. This is the one and only issue that I’ve ever had with this Domino’s location and we’ve eaten with them for many years now. Always fresh, always good, always right and always friendly! 100/100 would recommend and eat here again!
