After a long day of meetings with my Law Enforcement Nonprofit, the kids and I were hungry. I need gluten free options, and I remembered them having gluten free pizza. We swung in and had a very pleasant experience. The ladies working did a fantastic job. They told us of the current specials, let the kids watch as they wanted, and were very friendly.

Spent $30 for an order that was never delivered. Called & store remade order after 90 minutes my order showed up. No credit or refund at all for THEIR mistake. Domino’s has lost this customer! Delivery driver Jordan does not know Defuniak area. Poor customer service!

OK , so I eat pizza but it’s not my go too food choice . I do a lot cooking , I will order on accation. Two weeks ago I picked up pizza me and my brother . The times I’ve dealt with Domino’s , I had ZERO problems . The food was always hot and fresh that’s take-out , dinne-in or delivery. I would recommend Domino’s for party additives or a quick bite. Like I said , ” I do a lot of cooking for myself. I’m single the oldest of seven and my mother prepared her children for an independent life . It’s been hell but it’s been good . So I would say they are a place that I can sort of rely on if needed in a few ways.

Terrible service. Was told 30 minutes. They were just getting started when I got there at the time I was told. After another 15 minutes, I walked back in and was told my pizzas were ready and they would get them in a second. Then they proceeded to pull stuff out of the oven and season garlic knots and box up other orders for three minutes while I stood there watching my order get cold before taking the literal 5 seconds to hand me my three pizzas.

I have been pretty satisfied with this Domino’s until tonight. I am a fairly regular customer, and tonight my family of four needed dinner quickly, as we were trying to get some things accomplished around our house. I placed the order at 5:15, for a pickup time at 6:15, so my fiance would be able to swoop in and grab our dinner on his way home. He arrived at 6 and went inside, just to see if it was ready early by chance (this is typically the case for us here). They said it was being made and would be ready at 6:15. He said that was ok and he’d come back in. He comes back in at 6:20 and they said the ticket isn’t showing up on the screen now but they’d make it right then (after he’d already waited 20 min outside under the impression it was already cooking). My confusion is this: Why would you not check that it would be ready at the appropriate time when he came in, and why did you say it was being cooked when it hadn’t even been started? I provided an hour’s notice so we could have dinner on time and he didn’t end up getting our food until 6:40, which is almost 30 minutes later than our food was scheduled to be picked up. Needless to say we had hungry, grumpy children waiting to be fed, and it was frustrating to not have dinner ready even though we planned in advance. I understand being busy, but that’s why I planned over an hour in advance. I suffer from a gluten allergy, and as the only reliable pizza option in town I will undoubtedly be back. But I am sorely disappointed in the experience we had tonight.

Gwen took care of me. I could not figure out the $3 coupon but Gwen helped me. On my next visit I forgot to add pepperoni and only got a cheese pizza. She cooked another one with pepperoni in seven minutes and brought it to my care. She is the reason I will go here instead of any other place in town from now on…. Gwen is awesome
