Placed an order online for pickup around 6:45 pm, and was shown it would be 30-45 minutes. Arrived at the store 45 minutes later to be told the system messed up placing our order, that they were over 100 Pizzas behind, and the individual behind the counter told me “Best off getting taco bell for the kids”. The entire staff was very rude and disrespectful towards me and my wife, saying “Oh well, it is what it is. Sorry dude”. 0/10 definitely do not recommend. Poor service, rude employees, and just an overall disappointing experience.

“THIS ORDER” If I forget to ask for extra cheese and sauce as prefer then that’s on “me”. IF I pay extra for cheese and sauce then I expect to get that. Seems fair to me ♀️ Pizzas were DRY and OVERCOOKED. Very disappointed. I rate as I get. Make it right and my review will reflect that.

Going on 3 hours awaiting for the order to be delivered that had a 35 minute eta. Called multiple time with the same response of it would be 20-25 minutes until it arrived. Absolute terrible service overall but have to give at least one star to leave a review

Last night here it’s been a disappointment with all the other restaurants we’ve had. I was just going to get pizza and while checking different pizzerias I just went for dominoes, because always been happy. But today is was a home run. One of the best dominos I think I’ve had. Well done, your team has restored my faith in PCB food.

Worst pizza place EVERRRRR. delivered the pizza TWO HOURS LATER. ALSO, the driver delivered the business while obviously high. Every single pizza was incorrect. We had two cheese pizzas and one chicken buffalo pizza. The cheese pizzas arrived with no cheese???!! And the chicken buffalo pizza arrived with no buffalo sauce. Honestly I am flabbergasted I wish I could leave zero stars however, Google will not allow it.

Would not recommend this Domino’s. Ordered a large order for me and my family. Four pizzas, half the toppings were off the pizza and in the box and crust undercooked, the chicken wings were burnt, garden salad was wilted beyond ability to salvage. To top it off when calling the Domino’s the employee on the other side of the phone said we probably ordered the food wrong, like how is that even a possibility- I didn’t see an order for wilted salad, burnt wings, or half dressed pizza on the menu? Then he proceeded to be rude and ask us what we expected him to do about it, like he didn’t want to address the issues. We asked to talk to the manager and both employee and manager were rude about requests and manager had same attitude of what we expected him to do about it. Said it would be over and hour to get us replacement then he relectantly said he would comp our meal and we would go elsewhere. Still have yet to see my meal comped on my card/account. We over looked the pizza and wings at first by fixing the toppings, cooking in our oven and picking off burnt pieces, just wanted to make them aware of the completely wilted salad. The unprofessional reaction of the employees brought the review and the other issues to light.

Usually I have a good experience but we hadn’t had Domino’s in awhile so we decided to get 2 of our favorites: garlic parmesan wings and chicken parmesan sandwich. Such a disappointment… barely any sauce on the wings and burnt bread.. sigh…
