We are from Northern Illinois and we arrived at our hotel around 10pm. Domino’s was our option, so we ordered online from this location. From the time I placed my order until Cleve arrived with my pizzas was probably about 20 minutes. He was so friendly, professional, uniform was neat and clean. He presented himself and the company well. Thank you Cleve!!! Our food was made to order and delicious! Hit the spot after a long drive.

Ordered a large with 5 toppings for $10.99 special. There was hardly any toppings. Maybe 5 mushrooms and onions on the entire pizza, and they were so tiny you needed a microscope to see them. They didn’t even bother to put any green peppers on it at all which was supposed to be on it. When they say 5 toppings, I didn’t realize it meant 5 total!! Very disappointed since I always order from there. Time to find a new pizza place!!

The only good thing I can say about my recent order is that it came in a timely manner. I ordered a thin crust pizza and the outside of the crust was burned, the bottom was greasy and there was very little cheese on the pizza. Absolutely no flavor except for the pepperoni on top. The WORST pizza I have had in a long time. Won’t be ordering from here again. Don’t waste your money!

This Domino’s has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I came in to pick up my order, a large pepperoni pizza at 7:35 pm today. The lady at the register told me it’s coming out of the oven. 15 later I go up to t register and tell another employee. My pizza is ready according to the tracker. I gave her my name and she comes back and says it’s coming out of the oven. Another 20 minutes goes by and none of the employees acknowledge me. After waiting a total of 35 minutes in the lobby, I just walked out. Go somewhere else to eat. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

There’s no point in trying to make an order for delivery. It’s quicker to drive there and get it because of how long it takes to process an order due to the robot. Took about 15 minutes to make an order and obviously. I wasn’t getting my point across as far as the address so I had to drive over there.

This place sucks – it should be shut down. Placed order on website, was very easy to do and a reasonable price. Arrived at store – was the only patron and stood at the register for about 5 minutes being ignored while the female staff member discussed timecard issues with another team member who appeared to be form another store. Get home – order is incorrect. I called the store – no one picked up. I drove all the way there with phone ringing, a total of 17+ minute with no answer. Walk in – no one is even on the phone. Granted they are all busy, but nearly 20 minutes without answering a phone? I expressed my concern, the female staff member advised they are just really busy, She finished making the pizza she was working on, then proceeded to make another pizza before even coming over to discuss my issue. She couldn’t have cared less about me. No apology, nothing. I finally told them I could see I was not a priority to them, left the pizza and walked out.

My family did not even order pizza, but had at one of their drivers drive down the side of my house into my backyard and beat on my back door! When I called the manager of this location, he asked me if I wanted to ask the driver what he was doing? This place is a joke, and I cannot even take the management serious.

Get rid of the automated ordering. Tried the automated ordering. For 1 lrg cheese & 1lrg pepperoni the AUTOMATED ORDERING said it was almost $30. Walked inside the local store and ordered the special for 2 med 2 topping 6.99×2 @ 14.99. The automated ordering is a joke.
